Welcome to Case Haus - a mid-century time capsule with fun modern twists and wonderful indoor/outdoor living space. This home features 2 bedrooms + a bathroom in the main house with a two sided fireplace to cozy up to. A semi attached studio houses a twin bed and desk for work from home needs. Located in NE Portland within walking/biking distance to great restaurants and shops. Renovated by an architecture/interior design team with attention to detail. Don’t miss this unique home experience.

This unique home has many of the original 1957 charm and features. From radiant concrete floors throughout the main living space, original kitchen (with original stove and burners), beautiful exposed wood ceilings and brick. While we have held on to the charming aspects we have updated things like the two bathrooms and added some fun modern design elements. This home has a incredible indoor outdoor design with most of the rooms facing the massive, lush, fenced in yard. The yard features a bistro illuminated dining and lounge area and a grassy area perfect for playing croquet or lounging on a blanket.

The home features a large carport, unique for Portland and great for avoiding the rain when brining in the groceries. There is also a shed on the side of the fenced in yard where you can store and lockup your bikes.

The main house has the primary bedroom with a California king bed and the second bedroom with a queen bed. Both bedrooms have nice sized closets. The main house also has a full size bathroom. The third bedroom is located in a semi attached studio connected to the house via a breezeway. The studio has a coffee bar with a microwave, desk area, full bathroom, and twin daybed.

Guests have access to the entire property.
