Fully equipped kitchen is perfect for meal preparation, basics provided: sugar, salt, cooking oil, spices. The tea & coffee bar has a full sized stainless steel kettle and 14 cup drip and Kcup coffee maker. A selection of teas and coffee is provided.
Full front porch is yours to enjoy!
Street parking is ample and free in our area.
Guests have full access to the standalone home pictured, access to the garage/driveway is not included. We live parttime in the garage structure and are frequent travelers for work. The backyard area is still being improved, please let us know if you have use for it!
As we are located in a residential neighborhood with families and children this is a strictly non-smoking, no party property. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am.
Located at the heart of Alberta Arts, guests love that they can park & walk to the best of Portland from this quiet residential property- the Sunday Portland Farmer’s Market-King and 20 blocks of Alberta and nearby Mississippi Streets are a wealth of boutiques, restaurants, art galleries, coffee shops, theaters, wellness/fitness venues and nightlife.
