Wonderful stay in a great home in a beautiful setting. Our group was 3 couples and we all slept comfortably. We especially loved the screened in porch and access to the lake. It was also so nice to check in and find the host had left us a few local treats and there were amenities in the bathrooms if needed- so thoughtful! I hope we get another reason to visit Lake Monona again soon!

Wow! Right at home!

Wow! This weekend was absolute perfection. From the second we walked through the door we felt right at home. Our kids loved the games, the adults loved the views and outdoor space. PERFECT home for a Wisconsin getaway with your family.

Amazing home on the lake!

Our groups of Wisconsin alumni friends stayed at the house for a long weekend and had the most amazing time. The house was perfect for our group of 10 friends. Julie and Justin the hosts are the sweetest, most accommodating hosts. They answered all of our questions leading up to the trip and while we were there. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful house and setting.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Justin and Julie’s home. The setting is idyllic on the lake. The house is very comfortable and well appointed. It suited our needs well, including a crib and high chair for the 11-month-old, booster for the 3-year-old, and office for work being done on-line during Covid. Our hosts were very responsive to us such as getting a tech out immediately when our internet went. We hope to return for future vacations!

Amazing host and house!

At last minute, we needed a place to stay to allow us to attend a service as well as be with family. The hosts were amazing and pulled through a few miracles to make this happen for us - allowing us to have a home away from home while working through a difficult situation. They also made sure we had what we needed to feel at home and to have a small family gathering to relieve pressure from our extended family. The house was great - spacious and approachable. The living area as well as the kitchen was friendly to hanging out and to cooking a delicious meal. Everyone was impressed at the place and the view was AWESOME. Thank you so much!!

AMAZING!!! Host was exceptional

Such a great place to have a gathering. We competed in IRONMAN Wisconsin, and this house was close and a beautiful serene setting. Perfect for the kids to have a place in the basement, and the home had some great technology which allowed me to get some work done and enjoy the surround sound in the master.

Tranquil Lake Vacation

We had a wonderful stay that is to Julie and Justin. The house was perfect for the 10 of us. They made sure we had everything we needed and communication both prior to travel and during were prompt. The screened in porch was great at night when the bugs came out, the yard was big enough for yard games and the pier gave us easy access to Lake Monona. We made great memories here!

Perfect Week - Ideal Location - Beautiful Home!

We had a wonderful family gathering with our teen son and our adult children. The setting was amazing on beautiful Lake Monona. We rented a pontoon boat and absolutely loved riding on the lake. We tubed. We laughed. We had an amazing time in this ideal setting. There was even a little beaver playing in the water keeping an eye on us from his den across the private lake entrance to the dock. We also enjoyed The Crossfit Games which have been held every year in Madison. We were within 10 minutes of the Alliant Energy Coliseum. It was truly amazing. We ate out at a different wonderful restaurant every night, and even had Doordash bring us donuts for breakfast! Walmart is nearby, and we stocked up on snacks and basic needs there. All in all, we absolutely loved this beautiful home. It was clean, modern, perfectly located for getting out and about around Madison, and ideally situated on Lake Monona for a wonderful and unforgettable week with our family... which is sacred time and space to us! We will cherish our memories!

Weekend Getaway

We had a great reunion of friends over a long 3 day weekend. this was the perfect place for us to all get back together! We spent a ton of time out on the deck and indoor deck, watching football and relaxing. Great area to grill out and spent a lot of time in the large backyard playing bags and fun games. Justin and Julie were phenomenal hosts, always engaging and easy to get a hold of if we needed anything. i highly recommend any large group or family to book this property as you won't be disappointed! gorgeous lake view to cap it all off, so happy we were able to enjoy our time in the Madison area at this location and will be hoping to come back soon!

The house was perfect for our family with small kids. The yard and dock were great and there is a little beach very close to the house that my toddler loved as well as a park across the street. Julie was very easy to communicate with and was so helpful before we arrived as well as while we were there. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family home

Six of our family members comfortably stayed at this beautiful home for my daughters graduation from UW. The home was charming yet upgraded with modern amenities. The grounds were breathtaking. When our return flight got delayed by many hours Julie was very accommodating in letting us stay later than the original checkout time. This is a perfect rental.

Excellent weekend get away

Justin was an incredible host. As soon as I booked Justin reached out to inform me about what to expect upon arrival. He was beyond accommodating as a host and super responsive. The home itself was super clean and great for a family weekend get away. The backyard was large as described and provide a ton of room to enjoy the lake and outdoors. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy a weekend retreat. You will be well taken care of and have a great overall experience
