Apartment was exactly as described — host did an amazing job updating the place while still maintaining original character of the building. Everything was immaculate. I didn’t cook, but I noticed the utensils and cookware were not only in good condition but of good quality, which I appreciated. Would absolutely stay here again, and recommend it to friends.

The house was super clean and well stocked, and very comfortable. Great location, easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Street parking was a little hard to find on the weekend, but parking garages were close and very reasonably priced. We would definitely stay here again

A perfect place for multiple adults! Well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen as well as the bathroom. Exceptionally clean and well cared for. The lockbox setup for the key was perfect for using with multiple people. Definitely recommend staying here when coming to Madison!

Great location - close to downtown and campus. Clean and stocked accommodations with plenty of room to relax. On street parking available but a bit challenging during peak times. Would definitely stay here again - recommended to other UW families.

Wonderful host, and a beautiful home within walking distance to many restaurants and museums. Parking nearby was easy to find. We were able to rest and relax, and make many meals there. Great kitchen amenities, and very comfortable beds. Truly a warm and inviting home. I would highly recommend!

Lovely stay at The Doty!

We enjoyed the comfort and space at the Doty. We also loved the location and enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. It’s quickly become our favorite place to stay in Madison.

The property itself was fantastic-clean and comfortable. The location was also very convenient in terms of access to downtown, the lake and so on. The neighborhood seemed to be a lot of college housing so there was some evening noise that quieted down by 10 or so.

Perfect setup and location

We enjoyed our second stay at Doty. We appreciated the amenities and guidance in the guestbook for food shopping and restaurants. The open kitchen and family room was the perfect place to start and finish our day.
