Renovated 4 bedroom/2 bath home with spacious open floorplan. Home is close to downtown Madison and centrally located. Lake Monona access, & on Madison's #1 bike trail, Lake Monona Loop within walking distance. Large backyard with gas grill, 3 season porch, off-street parking, laundry facilities, high speed internet & TV. The newly renovated kitchen is great for preparing meals.

Pets are welcome with prior approval. Please notify us before bringing a pet, as a pet fee will apply and must be added to the reservation prior to check-in.

The home is in a very safe and beautiful neighborhood. We are a ten minute drive to downtown Madison, and only five minute drive to local restaurants and grocery stores. From our home you can enjoy walking to the famous Monona Lake loop and take in the beauty this region has to offer in all seasons.
