From the moment you step into the spacious foyer, you will feel swept away by the elegant South Seas decor of this home. The chef in the party will enjoy the fully equipped kitchen. Master suite is fit for royalty with lavish decor and plush appointments. The split floor plan is perfect for couples traveling together or to give kids their own space. Each room offers Flat panel televisions. Outside, you have a spacious screen patio overlooking the golf course. Perfect for visiting or spending a quiet afternoon reading a good novel. Just steps for the water's edge, Tivoli by the Sea is one of Sandestin's most popular vacation condos.

The owner was very accommodating and helpful. The condo was clean and had some of the extra amenities that you don’t always get. The location was perfect and close to many restaurants. It was super convenient to rent a golf cart right outside the front door from the owner. We will definitely be back!

Our hostess, Sharon, was phenomenal. I had a medical emergency while staying in her condominium, and she allowed me to stay without charge until I was able to travel. Her kindness and generosity will always be remembered and appreciated. The condo is in a perfect location on the beachside of Sandestin overlooking the golf course.

Overall experience was great. Extra fee to rent their golf cart was way definitely worth it! You can pretty much get anything you want or need (groceries, shopping, restaurants, etc) without having to get back in your car. Check-in was easy and the motion sensor light at the exterior door was nice. Furniture was of quality & kitchen fully stocked with necessary items for cooking as well as a toaster and blender. The screened in patio was enjoyable as was watching the golfers go by. Cleanliness…well, I did a lot of cleaning myself the day we arrived (including washing rugs, exterior of cupboards, other random surfaces, etc). Bedding was clean & beds comfortable however the microfiber sheets kept me sweaty all night (bring your own cotton linens if you’re picky). All relatively minor compared to the fun spring break we had

The residence was outstanding! Pictures do not do the detailed, chic, comfortable and efficient furnishings and decorations enough justice. The owner has EVERYTHING you need, except food! From the really nice kitchen ware to the items needed for the beach, she thought of everything. Truly home away from home!

Wonderful stay

This was our second time to stay at this condo and once again, we had a great time! The location is perfect, a short distance to the beach, the Baytowne Wharf and the Grand Boulevard. The use of the golf cart is a plus.

Perfect location!

Highly recommend staying at this property! I also recommend renting the golf cart to get to the Baytowne Wharf, beach, etc. The condo was very clean and inviting. Sharon was so kind and informative which speaks volumes to me. We loved it there and we will rent again from her! Thank you Sharon!

Great Condo

Probably one of the best condos we've rented in our many years of renting properties for our fall vacation. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen accessories (pots, pans, plates, silverware, glasses, etc) were the best we've experienced with VRBO rental. Overall, extremely satisfied.

Great Location

You have golf you have private beach you have plenty of amenties in this great Sandeetin location. Restaurants grocery stores and plenty of attractions. The unit is great with two bedrooms and a pull out couch. The patio is somewhat private and give you a great view of the golf course. The beach area can be walked or driven since theres a private parking lot for guests and residents.

Summer Vacation 2022

This property was as advertised. It was very nice inside and had everything you could need for a beach getaway. The use of the golf cart was a huge plus, and we used it to go just about everywhere on the resort. Sharon is a great host and was very responsive to all my questions throughout the process. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Sandestin!

Family time

This was our first of many more stays at the beautiful condo. We were so comfortable and the place had everything we could have needed. My husband and me fell in love with Destin years ago and decided to purchase our second home in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. We choose this resort because it offered so many amenties for our family and guest. It is very secure, sidewalks throughout the property and just a fun place to vacation.

Why they chose this property

This property is professionally decorated, very upscale but offers the comfort of home. I have many guest come back year after year because they enjoy the location, it is very clean, and I offer different amenties that the typical rental does not. You will fall in love with my condo just like I did and want to return each year.

What makes this property unique

I fell in love with my condo because of the floor plan which has split bedrooms, ideal for guest you may travel with, children or in-laws. Great location, near the beach and first floor on golf course. You will love it too! During my peak season which is March 9, 2020 until August 8, 2020 I only rent from Saturday to Saturday.
