This beautiful, newly updated condo in the gated Forest Country Club offers luxurious accommodations for up to 10 guests. The spacious, 2 story condo is 2,300 sq ft with a large great room complete with a wall to wall slider which opens to one of two lanais, seating for 8, and a 75 inch Samsung TV with soundbar. The private, main 308 sq ft lanai has a comfortable sitting and dining area with a view of the pond, fountain, and golf course. There is an additional living area complete with an entertainment center, TV, and a queen sleeper sofa couch. The first-floor bedroom has a king-size bed, luxurious bedding, and a desk along with a fully updated, full bath, and a large washer and dryer.

On the 2nd floor, guests will find two large master ensuite bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with 2 queen-size beds. All have new mattresses, bedding, and amenities. Each bedroom has full access to the 2nd, 133 sq ft lanai along with tvs.

This condo is located just a few steps away from the heated pool which offers abundant seating, a pool house, and a gas BBQ grill.

The condo includes all updated amenities; WiFi, 4 TVs, washer, dryer, fridge, electric stove and oven, microwave, and covered parking. Access to the private country club, restaurant, 36 holes of golf, tennis and pickleball center, and fitness center is available on a monthly fee, trial basis.

The condo is conveniently located to the airport, restaurants, and the beautiful sandy Gulf Coast beaches. The condo is equipped with a beach wagon, cooler, chairs, beach towels, umbrella, and beach toys.

Vince and Nancy are very friendly and easy to work with. Their property is lovely, we really enjoyed being there. We appreciated the extra touches by the host for a well stocked kitchen, beach equipment and other things provided that made our stay extra nice. I was so happy and impressed with everything about this condo It is beautiful and they have everything you need for a great enjoyable stay Nancy and Vince are very incredible people and have a wonderful condo The location was perfect The pool and other tenants were friendly I cannot say enough about how wonderful the condo was and her decor was perfect If possible next year I would love to be in touch with them again They are awesome

Fantastic home with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! The owners were available and responsive to every little question. The home had all the items necessary to make you feel at home. The home was beautifully decorated and stocked. The neighbors are super friendly and helpful. The Forest Country Club is welcoming and very accessible. Our stay was fabulous and we enjoyed the neighborhood and club so much that we joined the club and bought a unit in the neighborhood! We had never stayed anywhere but Naples and fell in love! A vacation or extended stay at this home will not disappoint!

GREAT PLACE TO PASS YOUR FAMILY VACATIONS

My family and I went for the first time to Fort Myers and We found this apartment very comfortable. The apartment was very complete with kitchen, laundry, 3 rooms, 2 living rooms and with all the implements. This have a beautiful view, and was impressive for me and my family . I really recommend to stay here, these apartment is better then a hotel and you have shopping centers near. Also you can go and walk around to enjoy the beautiful view. Good attention, very thankfull to Vince and Nancy. Actually I'll return in a second time to these beautiful apartment to visit more places in Fort Myers

I highly recommend this property for a family holiday. We enjoyed it for a month. It has it all. Great location in a gated community near restaurants, minutes from the beaches. If you are a golf lover... We hope to go back next year!!

We are a retired, professional couple that originate from the Chicagoland area. We currently call Colorado our home along with our 3 grown daughters, our son in law and our 2 grandsons.

Why they chose this property

We love the Fort Myers area with it's beautiful, powder white sand beaches, the excellent restaurants, perfect weather and vast outdoor activities. We especially enjoy The Forest Country club for its protected, gated entrances and the outstanding landscape. The safe streets allow for bike rides to the lovely playground.

What makes this property unique

The community is quiet and family friendly with a unique pool and BBQ setting. Within a short drive there is Fort Myers beach with jet skiing, parasailing, boat rentals and fun beach shopping and dining. Sanibel Island and Captiva Island are just past Fort Myers Beach. Driving the opposite direction is Lovers Key State park, Bonita Springs Beach and Barefoot Beach all offering a quiet and laid back atmosphere.
