THE CHALET

Freshly renovated in noble materials, its vast warm wooden interior of 150m2 offers the possibility of living at your own pace.

The chalet is ideally located on the road to the Col des Aravis, in the village of La Giettaz whose heart is 5 minutes away by car (supermarket, bakeries, restaurants, bar-tabac-souvenirs, ski rental, winter and summer entertainment), and offers 3 private parking spaces.

ACCESS TO THE SKI SLOPES (or mountain biking in summer)
Connected to a large ski area (Portes de Mont Blanc = La Giettaz, Combloux, Megève) reach the start of the ski slopes in 7 minutes by car or by free ski bus shuttle whose stop is located right in front of the chalet.
You can also reach the ski area and the village centre of La Clusaz in 10 minutes.

In a magnificent setting with an exceptional view of the Aravis mountain range, this carefully decorated chalet is equipped with new quality bedding.

- 1 family room with 1 double bed + a mezzanine with 2 single beds
- 1 large dormitory room with 2 bunk beds + 1 sofa bed for 2 people (the room can therefore be used as a dormitory or as a double room)
- 3 shower rooms + 1 bathroom with Scandinavian bathtub
- 3 WC
- 1 large living room with satellite TV
- 1 large dining room
- 1 fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, cooking piano, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette machine...)
- Washing machine and dryer
- Garden with a sheltered area for outdoor dining (with barbecue)
- Baby cot (travel cot with mattress, duvet and pillow) available on request

SUMMER ACTIVITIES
In summer, a multitude of mountain activities await you:
- Hiking trails from the Col des Aravis (located only 2km from the chalet)
- Mountain biking: 400 km of marked routes in the Portes du Mont Blanc area.
Departure of the ski lifts 7 minutes from the chalet.

- Summer sledging, tree climbing adventure park, Paragliding, Climbing, Canyoning, Visits to alpine farms....
- Leisure centre and centre of La Clusaz 15 minutes away (ice rink, mini golf, swimming pool, trampolines, etc.)
- Swimming at the Lac de Flumet (located 15 minutes from the chalet, supervised swimming in summer) and its leisure centre with many activities for children.

The agency in charge of handing over the keys on your arrival (La Conciergerie Les Services d'Aline) will contact you to organise your arrival, and make your towel and sheet kits available to you at the chalet on request.
