The two-story villa features four bedrooms (1 king, bed 1 full bed+1 twin bed, 1 full bed, and 1 bunk bed) plus an overflow loft and four bathrooms. Both floors feature marble floors with a large open-concept kitchen, eat-in dining area, and living room with full-view patio windows.

The location of this rental was great. Did not realize it was in an all inclusive, but we had our own space to enjoy and had access to the pool and steps to the beach. There were restaurants and shopping in walking distance and the buses were easy to navigate to get to other areas.

Yes the hosts were most helpful. The location was great and the manager David was always contactable. Amazing restaurants in the area.The locals in Zihua and Ixtapa are amazing especially Oliver our cab driver. Cab number 0008

We stayed at this beautiful villa in Ixtapa the week of Christmas with a family of nine, and it was absolutely perfect. The home had plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably, and the layout made it easy for us to spend time together without ever feeling crowded. The location couldn’t be better—just steps to the beach and pool, with the soothing sound of the waves and stunning sunsets every evening. It truly felt like a peaceful getaway and the perfect place to make family memories. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!
