This cozy holiday home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a very quiet urbanization, approx. 1.5 km from Playa La Fustera, approx. 2 km from LEVANTE beach and only 500m from PUERTO LES BASSETES. The house is south facing and from the terrace you have a very nice view of the Peñon de Ifach. Shops, bars and restaurants can be found within 1 km.

The 2-storey house has on the upper floor 2 double bedrooms, 1 shower room, 1 guest toilet, a kitchen, a large living room with a fireplace and a glazed terrace that is used as a dining room. In front of it is a large open terrace.
In the lower area there is a covered terrace, around the 8m x 4m pool with roman steps is the open terrace and an outdoor shower. There is a parking space in front of the house within the enclosed property. A garage is also available.

Ein schönes Haus mit Blick auf das Meer und den Ifach und einem schönen, großen Pool. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Benjamin Beimann ist ein sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Verwalter, er unterstützt die Urlauber mit Rat und Tat und war bei Problemen sofort zur Stelle. Es gibt hier nichts zu beanstanden, es war eine runde Sache und ein schöner Urlaub.

Ha estado bien de precio. Hay que tener el cuenta gastos a parte, como limpieza, sábanas...pero en conjunto, incluso, bien de precio. Y hemos estado muy a gusto.

La casa está bastante bien. Lo mejor la piscina, lo peor que no tenga aire acondicionado y que hay bastantes mosquitos por la zona.

Villa avec beaucoup de cachet et tres bien entretenue

Accueil excellent et très cordial. Villa proche en voiture du centre et en 15mn à pied soit des plages soit d'un adorable petit port avec mer cristalline. Villa en très bon état et accueillante. La piscine est vraiment très grande pour qui aime nager. les prestations et équipements sont multiples et en bon état. Je recommande vivement cette villa pour 4 personnes.
