Bungalow muy limpio y bien equipado en todas las estancias. El aire acondicionado solo se disfruta en el salón. Está ubicado en una urbanización privada, con buen manenimiento, muy silenciosa y tranquila.Las instalaciones cuentan con piscina común bien cuidada y limpia. También hay varios restaurantes cercanos con distintas ofertas. La playa mas cercana está a 10 minutos andando.Lo hemos disfrutado durante una semana en familia. Ha sido muy agradable y lo recomiendo 100%.

Het huisje was op zich makkelijk te vinden met google maps. De parking erbij was perfect. Het huisje was ouderwets ingericht, maar degelijk. Alles was aanwezig (genoeg borden, pannen, bestek ed). Enkel bij douchen in de badkuip overstroomde de badkamervloer.. dit koste iedere douchebeurt 2 handdoeken extra.Het huisje lag in een mooi wijkje, heerlijk rustig. Mooi tuintje erbij. Op loopafstand van verschillende stranden, eetgelegenheden en supermarkten. Bij aankomst was het broeierig heet binnen. Maar na 1,5 dag met de airco aan was het een stuk beter. Airco houd wel enkel de woonkamer aangenaam. In slaapkamer gewoon ventilatortje in de hoek (2e slaapkamer niet gebruikt).Badkamer altijd broeierig. Gemeenschappelijk zwembad netjes en rustig.Zou het zeker aanbevelen aan vrienden als ze tips vragen.

Estancia perfecta

Hemos pasado una semana en este alojamiento. La casa estaba perfectamente limpia, Mimo e Ingrid son majisimos y tanto para la entrada como la salida de la casa fueron muy amables. La unica pega, por poner algo, esque la playa esta un poco lejos, pero lo compensa lo tranquila que es la urbanización. Sin duda hemos pasado unos dias maravillosos y no dudaremos en volver a alojarnos aqui.

Comunidad privada tranquila y cerca de todo. Como punto negativo que uno de los colchones pequeños te clavabas los muelles y no hay microondas. Lo demás muy bien.

Gran semana en Calpe

La casa estaba muy limpia y tenía una terraza estupenda con una ducha. Aire acondicionado en el interior y dos buenas habitaciones. Eso sí, echaros anti mosquitos. Las piscina y aparcamiento junto a la casa. Lo único que la playa coge a unos 10/15 minutos andando, pero en llano todo. Muy agusto, si volvemos, posiblemente repetiremos. Gracias a Cristian y sus vecinos por la entrega de la casa. Un saludo

Hemos pasado una agradable estancia, la casa está muy bien, es una zona muy tranquila.Los vecinos que nos dieron las llaves super amables, nos ayudaron también con la lavadora. Por por de una pega ...el tiempo que tardamos a la playa, como 15 min pero bueno íbamos con silla, bebé y demás. Lo de la televisión ya arreglado, el aire acondicionado muy bien. En general buenas vacaciones.

Ha sido mejor de lo esperado. Tenía de todo para que nuestras vacaciones fueran perfectas. Está relativamente cerca de la playa y al lado de supermercados. La persona que entrega las llaves es muy agradable. Para repetir, sin duda. La única pega es que en la televisión sólo se veían canales alemanes, pero no es importante.

Points forts : piscine privée à 50 mètres et attenante aux bungalows Douche extérieure et WC côté terrasse, cuisine extérieure à l’entrée du bungalow, très bon état de la cuisine, salle à manger et salon, bien équipé en électroménager, chambres avec placard. Salle de bain baignoire et wc intérieur ainsi que machine à laver Supermarchés à 5 minutes à pied Et plage à 15 / 20 minutes avec commerces et restaurants en bord de mer. Il y avait un ventilateur, pas suffisant en temps de canicule Prévoir petite clim au moins pour la chambre Sinon endroit très agréable
