Great vacation spot! Loved the beautiful setting, the sound of the wind through the trees, the accommodations…such a relaxing atmosphere that we were able to get into vacation mode right away.
Would love to go back again.
We had a wonderful family vacation at Beechy Cottage! Communication with the owner was great and so much thoughtfulness and intentionality has gone into providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Our grandson enjoyed playing in the small beach area and sunsets over the lake can't be beat! We definitely hope to be back again.
This is the second time we’ve stayed at Tammy and Tim’s cottage (we stayed with family previously) and the second time was even better than the first! The attention to detail, special touches and great vibes really blew us away. There’s so much to do at the cottage and it’s such a nice place to relax! Can’t wait to visit again.

Thanks for choosing to stay with us again. It’s such a wonderful compliment. We do hope you were able to enjoy the many options we have inside and out.
Despite the rainy weather and relentless bugs, I had another great stay! Always a fun and relaxing time. Thanks again Tami & Tim for all of your generous hospitality. Until next time!
Cheers,

This property is wonderful. Tami is a fantastic host. This is our third time staying here and we would definitely come back. It's a perfect cottage for a family holiday...and WIFI was strong enough for us to work remotely during the week. The kids loved using the kayaks, canoe and SUPs all day long...and the sunsets are gorgeous. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful cottage, everything you could need and great hosts
Everything was wonderful. Tammy and Tim were great hosts, everything was clear, they were very responsive and happy to help. The property itself was beautiful and was kitted out with anything you could need for your stay and much more. We were still finding things to enjoy well into our stay. Would absolutely recommend and I hope we can come back again soon.

My family and I just spent a week here and we had a great time. All the amenities you could need, the cottage was spacious, clean, organized and welcoming. I have nothing but good things to say about the property and communication with Tami the host. Thank you for a wonderful experience and we will be returning.

So happy you enjoyed your stay and we look forward to hosting you and your family again.
This cottage was a perfect weekend getaway. The road and driveway were plowed and we had no issues getting in/out (we do not have snow tires). The owner even had the private driveway cleared after a big snowfall our first night! The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms were spacious, with high-quality mattresses. We were able to enjoy cross-country skiing, skating, and tobagganing, which were all minutes away by car. We can't wait to come back!

This is the second time that we have had the pleasure of staying at Tami's & Tim's cottage. Such a beautiful and relaxing spot with every necessity you could imagine! We got out on the lake using the peddle boat and enjoyed the firepit one evening and made several trips to Oastler Lake Park for some dog walks. We had such a great time and can't wait to come back. Thank you Tami and Tim for all of your wonderful hospitality!

So glad you enjoyed your stay. We truly appreciate how clean and tidy the cottage is left.
We had such a great time at Beechy Park!
The photos online are lovely, but they don't do the property justice! When we arrived, we were thrilled with the feel of the cottage, how clean it was, and the amenities that were available to us.
Tucked into the woods, you have privacy and a spot that's full of wildlife and beautiful sunsets. A great spot to have fires, a sandy beach for the littles to walk in and swim, and every type of boat you can imagine.
Tammi was so kind, and accommodating, we will definitely be back again next year!

We are so happy you found the little extras enjoyable and can’t wait for you to return!
My family and I had a wonderful stay at the cottage, it was a beautiful location on calm waters perfect for paddling and taking in the stunning view. Although we were lucky with the weather and spent the majority of the time outdoors the cottage is outfitted with plenty of games to enjoy on rainy days too. We had a small snag at the beginning with a fallen tree blocking the driveway but the owners were very responsive and it was taken care of in no time! 10/10 would recommend :)

Dock side or indoors, we have tried to cover it all! Very glad your time at Beechy Park was enjoyed and hope you will return:)
We recently had the pleasure of spending a three day retreat here and it was such an enjoyable and relaxing experience. Tami and Tim were amazing hosts and made us feel so welcome in their home. The property alone is gorgeous and the interior is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. This is the first cottage we have rented which was so well equipped, it had every amenity you could imagine. There is a wood burning fireplace which we enjoyed on a nightly basis and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a 10/10 vacation. Thank you Tami & Tim for sharing your beautiful home with us!

So glad you enjoyed your stay:) We have been truly honoured to have amazing families and such wonderful reviews.
Our family and 2 dogs loved our stay at Beechy Park. The cottage was cozy, clean, spacious and very well equipped. Tami has thought of everything and then some. The lake was probably one of the cleanest (and warmest) I have ever swam in, and we loved the option of clean sandy entrance or deep diving dock. The weather was fantastic and so we didn't have opportunity to play too many of the indoor games, but enjoyed a few late night movies on the nice T.V. The bay was very quiet, and we felt like we had it all to ourselves that week. Town is nearby for any things you need to pick up. Highly recommend!

We are so happy you enjoyed your stay. The lake is definitely a gem and you are welcome back anytime!
This was our family’s first cottage trip (with family friends) and we certainty have set a very high standard for future vacations. This place has everything: the view, the water equipments, the entertainments, the comfort, I don’t know where to start. Let me list out all the awesome things we enjoyed over the long weekend:
- the view simply cannot be beat. You can see it right from the huge window from the living room, which, by the way, has the most comfortable couches and blanket storage.
- lots of board games were provided. (I recommend adding Catan to the mix)
- the kitchen has everything you can ask for
- we don’t have small children, but the place is stocked with lots of kid friendly stuff
- owner provided extra dog supplies such as food and leash, very considerate
- oh the fireplace is great, and there’s an entire shed of wood
- so many water equipments that we never had to use our own, including life jackets
- lots of outdoor seating
- I know I’ve mentioned the view before, but that sunset is gorgeous!
We eagerly look forward to coming back next summer :)
This cottage is just perfect. The lake is quiet, clear and so warm (78-80 degrees!). The cottage is tucked into a quiet bay, with lots of trees for excellent privacy and that traditional pine needle cottage terrain, while still allowing views of the lake. The sunsets are just spectacular. There are many places indoors and out to gather as a group or find some solitude. The dock gets sun all afternoon but there are lots of shady places to sit as well, so shade lovers can share the lakefront with sun lovers and not miss the fun. The beach was clean and sandy for wading into- not squishy. It also made it convenient to launch all the water toys, kayaks etc. The paths fr cottage to dock snd beach were well maintained and easy to navigate. The cottage is nice and close to the lake - so convenient for trips to the fridge;) The cottage was super clean and cozily decorated with many homey touches. The dining area is larger than we had expected from the photos, sat 8 of us comfortably, and has a lovely view through the living room to the water. The living room was also plenty big enough for our group. The beds and pillows are all comfortable (even the bunks) and there is plenty of shelving/hooks/drawer space so you are not living from a suitcase and can hang wet items. There are so many convenient touches such as nightlights, extra blankets, sound machines, fans, etc and plenty of towels. The kitchen, although smaller, had absolutely everything we could ever want and it is nice that chef is still part of the main action and can still have a water view in the open concept layout. We loved the cork backsplash and the herb garden. There are many cottagey things to do (games and activities for indoors and out for all ages). We saw many loons, shooting stars, hummingbirds, fish, toads, frogs, a heron and a beaver. You can hear some traffic in the still evenings and mornings and of course you can hear the Parry Sound trains but they did not in the slightest affect the tranquility, and the convenience of having town so close by was worth the trade off. We heard many loon calls at night. The convenience of having the potable water filling station and waste transfer station 3 min away was fantastic. Tami was quick to answer any questions we had, and made us feel welcome with thoughtful welcome treats for everyone. Thank you Tami & Tim for a perfect getaway! What a lovely review. Thank you! You were fantastic guests and we are so happy you enjoyed yourselves. Looking forward to having you back:)
We had a terrific time - the hosts have thought of everything to make the stay here welcoming and special. The cottage is incredibly clean and beautifully situated. Couldn’t ask for better!
My husband and I have stayed at many places all over the world as well as quite a few cottages over the years and I have to say that I have never been to anything that comes even close to this amazing place. Every detail is thought of, and I mean even the littlest one. The cottage has every single thing you can think of.
It is equally as thought through when it comes to the decor which is done with so much love and attention and looks beautiful.
The kids also had a blast. There were movies and games and of course playing in the snow with toys that were also provided!
Lastly, it was spotless! The beds look and feel better and more comfortable then some of the nicest hotels.
We will definitely be back to enjoy this wonderful place in the summer! Thank you for everything Tami and Tim!!

This property was absolutely perfect for a long weekend. The cottage is quite spacious and bright and had everything we could possibly need. We spent a lot of time at the dock, making use of the paddleboards and the kids really enjoyed the pedal boat. Tami was a great host and readily available to communicate with. We had a lovely weekend and would definitely stay here again!

Tami and Tim’s cottage is a real gem! Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, with all the comforts of home. We were sad to leave, but felt relaxed and refreshed after our stay.
The cottage is perfectly situated for privacy and for enjoying amazing sunsets. Even indoors, we felt close to the water because all the main rooms have views of the lake. As we stayed in November, we especially enjoyed the cozy wood stove in the living room.
We didn’t try the water toys because of the weather but we found plenty to do inside with lots of board games and DVDs. Outside there’s a sandy beach and a dock for enjoying the lakeside.
The kitchen has everything you need for making family meals. As a bonus, the cottage is really close to town with a grocery store only five minutes away. Oh, and it’s also close to highway 400, so getting here was a breeze.
Tami and Tim were gracious hosts, quick to answer any questions. We loved their cottage and hope to come back soon.
