Charming studio with sleeping area of 23m2 in the heart of the Old Town.
You are very close to the Basilica of St Michel (ideally located during the classical music festival in August), 3 minutes from the superb "Sablettes" beach, the Cocteau museum and the old port.
The apartment is located 5 minutes from the Italian border, MONACO in 25 minutes
Completely renovated, located on the first floor, in a small typical Mentonnaise street, quiet and cool.
Fully equipped.
Shower room with WC and window, a double bed 140x190, a living room equipped with an extra convertible sofa (maximum 1.70m in length) and an equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge / freezer, Coffee machine Senseo)
Sheets, towels and soap will be provided during your stay.
Household products, laundry and washing up liquid will be available in the apartment.
With HD TV, WIFI and NETFLIX offered.
Many books are at your disposal.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor without a lift (the 10 stairs are a bit steep).
You can access the apartment through a small closed gate.
I will welcome you myself if I am available otherwise a key box will be at your disposal in front of the entrance.
I will give you the code before you arrive.
