Gute Lage des Objekts zu diversen StrĂ€nden, gute Ausstattung des Ferienhauses mit charmanter Terasse. Problem in der Hauptsaison August darin bestehend dass die Zufahrt ĂŒber die BrĂŒcke zur Insel, ebenso wie die RĂŒckfahrt nicht an einem Wochenende (samstags) zu empfehlen ist.Das Ferienhaus selbst ist empfehlenswert.

Merveilleux séjour en famille

PremiĂšre impression quand on a vu la maison : oh woaw ! AprĂšs re woaw quand on a vu la terrasse et le jardin ! La maison est accueillante et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Le jardin est parfaitement clĂŽturĂ© donc notre chien en a bien profitĂ© et nous du coup, Ă©tions sereins :-) Communication au top avec le propriĂ©taire . AccĂšs facile Ă  la plage via un chemin quasi en face de la maison. Bref, vous l’aurez devinĂ©, nous recommandons sans hĂ©sitation ce petit paradis sur l’üle d’OlĂ©ron.

Location bien située et agréable

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine Ă  la Toussaint. Nous Ă©tions deux, nous avons failli ĂȘtre cinq malheureusement comme les chats ne sont pas acceptĂ©s nos proches ont renoncĂ© Ă  venir. La location est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, propre et fonctionnelle. Les chambres sont grandes, coquettes, bien amĂ©nagĂ©es, notre lit Ă©tait trĂšs confortable. La piĂšce de sĂ©jour est trĂšs lumineuse, les fenĂȘtres sont Ă©quipĂ©es de moustiquaires. Le Wi-Fi a bien fonctionnĂ©, en revanche la rĂ©ception TV Ă©tait un peu plus alĂ©atoire surtout par mauvais temps.La semaine ayant Ă©tĂ© trĂšs pluvieuse et venteuse, nous n'avons guĂšre pu profiter des espaces extĂ©rieurs. Cette maison possĂšde de nombreux arguments : proximitĂ© de la plage et du marais, mise Ă  disposition de vĂ©los, le fait aussi d'ĂȘtre de plain-pied et de ne pas donner directement sur la route. A ce sujet, l'annonce ne prĂ©cise pas que la maison est mitoyenne par le garage Ă  une autre maison qui donne sur la route. Ceci ne nous a pas gĂȘnĂ©, d'ailleurs nous avons vu le voisin une seule journĂ©e. Il est cependant prĂ©vu que l'habitat se densifie prochainement, car trois pavillons doivent ĂȘtre construits sur la parcelle adjacente en friche. Enfin, nous n'avons pas pu rencontrer physiquement le propriĂ©taire, mais il s'est montrĂ© trĂšs prĂ©sent, aimable et attentif Ă  distance, nous a donnĂ© un contact sur place en cas de besoin, et nous a fait pleinement confiance pour l'arrivĂ©e et le dĂ©part.

Confort et tranquillité

Maison trÚs confortable avec un terrain bien clos ce qui a permis à ma chienne de profiter du jardin et du soleil en toute tranquillité. D'un cÎté la mer, de l'autre la campagne et ses vignes, ma famille et moi avons passé un excellent séjour.

MAI sur Oleron

La maison est conforme à la description et dispose de tout le matériel nécessaire La mise à disposition des draps et serviettes est un plus.Proche de la plage à pied et des commerces en voiture. Emeline a été disponible et à l'écoute. La maison est bien pour 4-5 personnes (au delà une seule salle de bain un peu petite) Nous avons passé une bonne semaine en mai en dehors des périodes d'affluence.(un petit bémol pour les odeurs d'humidité dans la salle de bain)
