Parking was nightmare honestly with ford f150 truck , but hostess was great problem solving with my wife , partition walls seriously, false representation by pictures for sleeping privacy , won’t recommend, or utilize again … over 3k ( 3 nights was outrageous honestly)

Thank you for your feedback -- we'd just like to clarify to other's reading this review. This complex has a parking garage. Some of the spaces are tight but there is additional parking in the back for larger vehicles. This was not a problem for this guest and was resolved in less than one minute. Our pictures in our listing are 100% accurate. We wanted an open feel for this condo but yet, private as well. It's exactly that. As for pricing, most 4 BDs in Nashville during busy season are the same comparable price. 3k split 12 ways, is very reasonable for most guests. Also, if that was too high there are always other places available, xx.

Just returned from Nashville where we celebrated our daughter's 21st birthday and I wanted to take a minute to share the very positive experience we had with our condo.Regarding the location - It was perfect! We enjoy Midtown and the condo is only a few blocks away. If Broadway is more your style, it is walkable as well, but we took Ubers and the younger folks took scooters. We also were able to walk to Whole Foods and multiple coffee shops.Regarding the condo - Also perfect! We were a party of 9 and had plenty of space for sleeping, getting ready and for hanging out. The condo was spotless, well appointed and the beds were so comfortable! Although I wasn't sure if we would use the pool, we ended up spending a few hours each day there just relaxing, floating and catching up on the night before. Finally, having covered parking on-site was an absolute gamechanger!!Regarding communication - Top Notch! Lacy is AMAZING! She was quick to respond to my pre-trip questions and provided very clear check in information, which I always appreciate.

The whole building smelled musty including the condo, the pool was very dirty along with the restroom for pool. Our condo had curtains to close off a bedroom the other bedroom had no door, also we had boogers stuck to the wall in a bedroom and we had cockroaches running around. Besides of renting for a hefty price that included a cleaning fee, you had to take out the trash where the dumpsters were are sketchy, make sure all the dishes were clean, strip the beds and start a load of wash!!!!!

Thank you for your feedback. We’ve addressed your concerns with our team and although our inspection found no evidence of pests, we scheduled an additional inspection out of caution. The bedroom layout is accurately shown in our listing so guests know what to expect before booking. The pool is cleaned multiple times per week. Our checkout procedure is standard and never an issue. Truthfully, I don't think we could have made this guest happy as she was demanding prior to booking. We appreciate your comments and wish you the best in your future travels.
