This cabin was very well stocked with everything you might need for your stay and was quite comfortable. It is right on the beach and has the most amazing views of the lake and Canada across the bay. We especially enjoyed watching the ships passing by on their way to and from Soo Locks.

We stayed here while snowmobiling. The cabin is nice and cozy and a quick ride to the trails from the driveway. Kevin was great to deal with, we'd love to be back sometime!

Lovely, well-appointed little cottage with an amazing view of Lake Superior. Husband and I enjoyed a week of snowmobiling and the cottage definitely served all of our needs.

100% as advertised: everything you'll need for a week at the white sandy beach! Wonderful cabin on the lake! The owner was super quick to respond to a few questions we had. The sauna is very nice and easy to use. The deck was a great place to view the northern lights that we were lucky enough to see! We would definitely stay again!

Relaxing Lakeside Vacation

Loved that this was right on Lake Superior. We drank our morning coffee on the deck overlooking the lake, spent sunny days on the beach and playing in the water, and went for many walks on the beach, where we skipped rocks and searched for sea glass! Had a relaxing week and would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. The kitchen is well-equipped, and we cooked almost every night without any issues. We also really appreciated being able to bring our small dog, who loved the new smells in the backyard. With the exception of the occasional car passing by on the nearby road, there's hardly any noise. That, the sauna, and the lake make it easy to relax.Depending on when you come, make sure to bring bug spray.

Kast Brother's purchased the property in September of 2020 and have renovated inside and out to make it the best short term rental. Our goal is to provide a great experience so our guests can experience the best of the Upper Peninsula. Our families are avid snowmobilers and love water adventures.

Why they chose this property

This property fell into our laps after years of looking. What struck us was the view of freighters sailing by. We think you will be in awe of the beauty that Lake Superior offers as the largest fresh water lake in the world! The view of Canada and the mountains across Superior was mesmerizing. The water is turquoise on sunny days, and will remind you of being on the ocean. The beach travels in both directions for miles of walking. The deck overlooking the lake allows for great sunset watching. Snowmobile trails take you in all directions. Let us be your hosts.
