About this property

3 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms plus one half bath, outdoor shower, large, heated, in-ground pool open from May to October. Main floor has fully renovated, outfitted eat-in kitchen, brand new large primary bathroom, primary bedroom with king bed, renovated powder room, magnificent, heated sun room with panoramic views, plus living room, dining room and sunny office.
Second floor has 2 bedrooms (one with Queen bed, one with two twin beds), brand new fully renovated full bathroom and laundry room with full size washer and dryer. House has central heat and AC, new Weber Grill on patio, excellent internet, 1.5 hour drive from NYC. Near apple picking, hiking, sledding, snow shoeing, lovely restaurants, harvest festivals, farmers markets and more. Bathroom renovations just completed in March 2022. No pets, no smoking. Rental agreement must be signed in order to complete the booking (Step 2 in booking process, Review Rules and Policies).

Amazing house!

We had a wonderful time. I had a few questions prior to our stay and Jessica answered all my questions quickly. It was so nice to see coffee and all the essentials available in the home. We really appreciated that. The home is just beautiful. The sunroom was so delightful to hang out in. Very relaxing. We had a great time. We highly recommend!

Fantastic stay - cannot wait to return!

The property is well appointed, in a fantastic location just minutes from New Paltz village in a quiet rural setting where you can nearby creek from the front yard.

Perfect country get-a-away

The house was just perfect for our family, ourselves and our daughter's family with two children. Plenty of room to spread out or be together. The family room which leads out to the pool is a delightful place to lounge. The pool is extremely well maintained and lovely. The grill is conveniently located right out back. Also, plenty of room for kids to romp outside. The kitchen is user friendly with all of the amenities that you would want. This was our third visit, but for the first time we saw a show at the Rosendale Theater. I recommend checking out the offerings when you stay in the area. Needless to say the area abounds with outdoor activities. We really like the low-key vibe of the New Paltz area. Looing foward to another visit.

Perfection!

We enjoyed a wonderful week in this outstanding property. I cannot say enough good things about the house and location. It’s is the perfect place to explore the Hudson Valley. We enjoyed hikes, cycling and exploring local towns like Kingston and Rhinebeck and visiting the historic houses in Hyde Park. But the holiday home itself was also worth spending time in. The house is not only beautifully and decorated but well equipped. We had everything we needed and it felt like a home away from home. The pool and garden is perfect for hanging out for all ages. Our 8, 11 and 13 year old children loved it. The owner, Jessica, was a total pleasure to deal with. This house is obviously well loved and it shows. We will be back as soon as we can!
