The Neighborhood:
Located in the Roaring Fork area of Gatlinburg, this cabin sits right along the Roaring Fork Stream and is just 0.7 miles from the heart of downtown. The setting is peaceful and scenic, yet incredibly convenient.
Getting Around:
This cabin is easily accessible via paved roads, with parking available on-site.
While the roads are typically manageable, we always recommend a 4x4 vehicle when traveling in the Smokies—especially during winter or heavy rain.
Other Things to Note:
• Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this cabin.
• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
• A 4x4 vehicle is recommended for travel in the Smoky Mountains. While the access roads are paved, mountain conditions can vary.
• Gas fireplaces are seasonal and typically operate from October through March, weather permitting.
• A Keurig coffee maker is provided and supports both ground coffee and K-Cups—please bring your own.
• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.

Great place and easy check in and communication. If the bed and bedding was upgraded this could easily be a 5-star stay!

By far the cleanest and most comfortable cabin we’ve stayed in! It’s in a prime location! You can walk and be down on the strip within 5-10 minutes. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent communication from the host. The cabin was very nice and extremely clean. Great location and within walking distance to main attractions in Gatlinburg.
This is our second time staying in this beautiful cabin. Walking distance to town or trolley drop off at the end of the street. The peaceful sounds of the rushing water is the perfect setting for morning coffee or a nighttime hot tub soak. We will def be back.

Thank you for coming back to stay with us again. It’s wonderful to hear the cabin’s setting and amenities continue to provide a relaxing backdrop for your visits. We look forward to welcoming you back soon.
Our stay at this cabin was just what we needed. It was very clean. My favorite part was the back deck. It has a hot tub and a little rushing creek behind it. The sound of water was so relaxing for our getaway. It was within walking distance to Gatlinburg as well. Working with this host was a breeze! I booked the day before and last minute. A washer/dryer was a plus too after hiking. I recommend this cabin to anyone looking to get away from it all. We will definitely be booking again in the future!

Thank you very much for your kind words. We're glad the cabin and its peaceful setting helped create a relaxing getaway for you. It’s great to hear the last-minute booking and amenities like the washer and dryer added convenience to your stay. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon.
We loved this place! Checking in & out was super easy which we loved, it was very clean and the location both close to downtown Gatlinburg and on a stream was the perfect combo for us. The hot tub was great and we were thankful to have a place where we could do our own laundry. Will probably be booking again next time we visit Gatlinburg
The cabin was very clean and located close to town. Very convenient and beds were comfortable. My only complaint is that the host provides easy access to extra linens and towels.
