Full kitchen remodel & much more @ IT'S FIVE O' CLOCK SOMEWHERE!

Do you love jumping off the dock, Floating or boating down river during the day and enjoying endless views from the two oversized decks at night? The large tree shades the top deck for an extra comfortable people watching or star gazing in the evening! Or maybe you like to enjoy Laughlin a few miles up river or pirate’s cove down river?
This Home not only has AMAZING outside space in a great location, it also has been fully refurnished and upgraded on the inside! Sleeps 10 with one king bed in the master bedroom which also has an ensuite bath and shower. The 2nd room has a new twin, twin daybed & a queen bed. The views from The 3rd room are worth fighting for! This room has a queen bed and if you leave the blinds open, you wake up to the beautiful river flowing by. The living room area has a pullout sleeper sofa. All mattresses are new memory foam mattresses, new comforters, pillows and sheets! Kitchen is fully stocked with blender, toaster, utensils, silverware, plates, glasses, new pots and pans and much more! We have a small coffee bar, and a regular bar with fully stocked glasses for wine, Champs, beer mugs, cocktails, just bring your favorite drink to enjoy! New 65 inch Smart Tv with WiFi hung above the beautiful gas fire place! (need to use own accounts for smart TV) washer and dryer room available for use. Water levels vary throughout the day and time of year. Typically lower in the mornings in the summer and lower in the winter months all together. River flies (gnats) are harmless yet they are annoying and we have no control of when they come and go. Also, please do not park on the empty lots across the atreet as they are private property and the owners will tow! We have a 3 car driveway for parking. No garage access. Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please close all doors and windows and lock up!
Rinse all food off of dishes. Do not need to do the dishes
Take all food trash to the bins outside including leftover refrigerator food!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not park on empty lots across the street or may be towed at your expense! NO fireworks to be let off on the property,
Messing with the outdoor cameras or wifi will end reservation without refund. Day visitors need prior approval. max people staying is 10.
neighbors hardly complain so if they do.. and you don’t quiet down on first request then reservation will be cancelled no refund. Respect neighbors

My family and I, We had a great time at Cindy’s house. The property was really clean, it is very spacious and very well equipped. It has a beautiful view. Also, the communication with Cindy was always fast and excellent. I really recommend this place

Weekend Family time

Our Host Cindy was incredible, she was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. She was also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful for our family. The place was very clean, quiet and calming and had all of the necessities for a few night stay. Looking forward to staying there again in the future, hopefully next year 😀

Cozy Home

Cozy home in great location, mix of newer updates and 70’s finishes, and stocked with all of the amenities you might need. Highlight is definitely the deck and dock, but make sure you have bug spray and citronella candles. Owner was great, very communicative and answered all of our questions quickly.

Making the best of it

This was such an awesome river home to stay in. We had a big group and this home was more than comfortable for all. The power outage on our last day of stay, did put a damper on things. But at no fault to anyone. Cindy was very responsive and was checking on us throughout the night. I was very appreciative of that. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Riverside Fun

We came into town just for a couple of days to look at the area. This home was the perfect location. The current was a bit strong. Maybe that’s just the time of the year. The house was clean and exactly as described. Our dogs loved having the space and we loved that it was secure for their safety. Cindy was very helpful and extremely quick to respond with answers to any questioned . Location Convenience is a major plus . We would definitely stay again.

Magical river!!

Perfect home, with the beautiful and mesmerizing Colo. River to enjoy each day! Quiet neighborhood. Huge tree over deck provided shade and a source of delight for watching hummingbirds, egrets, etc. Property manager very responsive , no problems . Very clean.Checkin couldnt be easier. Great base of operations to take jet boat to Lake Havusu City, to travel to iconic Oatman, and Kingman route 66 museums, etc. Thanks for great memories!!

River getaway

Right on the river with a private dock. Water was chilly, just what you need after the hot desert sun. House is nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. Bring some citronella candles, bugs can be bothersome. Would be nice to be able to park in the garage so the car interiors don’t get so hot. But overall, nice house. The a/c works great! Beds were comfortable. We would stay again!

Colorado River

The location of this property was wonderful. A large deck overlooking the Colorado River where we could watch the activity on the river. We took a day trip to Havasu Lake and one afternoon rode the Celebration boat cruise out of the Aquarius. The new equipment in the kitchen was a joy to use as we ate in a couple of nights. The gnats were a bit bothersome at certain times, outside. Overall we had a great time and definitely recommend it.

Relaxing by the River

Our stay at this property was delightful, we truly enjoyed our trip. The property was clean and very welcoming. The host was extremely helpful and made our stay extremely easy. Fantastic Vacation

I am a short term vacation rental owner and I am super picky about places I rent. I can not say enough about how amazing this property is. Very comfortable beds, breathtaking views of the river, very clean property inside and out. Host was incredible and very responsive We spent a lot of time on the top patio level under the beautiful shade tree. This property is located in a safe neighborhood that is centrally located to anything and everything you could possibly want to do. River launch access, lake Mohave 15 minutes away, Jack smith launch is about 15 minutes away. Even if you don’t have a boat, staying at this house provides beautiful secluded views. My only regrets is I have to go home. I want to stay. We were spoiled here for several days and I can’t wait to come back. Great family time. Thank you Cindy for sharing your amazing home with us. Our first vacation home in Bullhead is not on the water however, It has always been a dream of mine to own a riverfront home. We are beyond excited to be living out those dreams. We are also excited to share the new vacation home with you so you can see what a great place this is to make memories that will last a lifetime!
