We really enjoyed our stay at the Commodore! The condo was nice and perfect size for our family! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils for cooking. The location was right on the beach and so convenient!

Beautiful condo, exactly as pictured. Smooth and easy process checking in/out. Amazing view of the beach and very large balcony. We definitely will be back!

We enjoyed our stay. The check-in process was effortless, and the condo was as depicted in the pictures. The view was spectacular and we were able to see dolphins almost every day. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach and relax. We will be back!

As Described, comfortable

We enjoyed our time at Commodore 704, everything was as described and clean with nice furniture, fully stocked kitchen with adequate appliances, etc. The building and unit itself are older but very well maintained and clean. We love being right on the beach and saw dolphins several times. We will definitely be back. We also enjoyed Patches Pub right on the corner next to the Commodore. :)

Great Family Getaway!

We had such a great time at the Commodore! The room was perfect for us and 3 kiddos - very clean and well maintained. The property is in a great location and was very family friendly! Would definitely stay here again!

This is our second time staying in this condo. Nice place to stay. Close to the beach and has a nice pool. We had a lot of fun!

Very relaxing, enjoyable stay; clean room, nice pool, friendly staff and excellent access to the amazing beach. Calmer than the strip, but still plenty of restaurants and fun activities. Captain Anderson's is the best! Just down the road! Great place to stay

Spring Break

We booked the Commodore room 704 using VRBO. There was a lot of communication with the rental agency, making the entire process very easy. The check in and out were seamless. We were far enough awy from the more party type atmosphere of Spring Break but still close to plenty of things to do. Would definitely come back

Great Stay

We have stayed at The Commodore for years. It’s a smaller, family friendly condominium that is not in the middle of all the action and we love that about it. This unit specifically was not the most “updated”, but overall the space was satisfactory and clean. Communication with the rental company and the check-in process were seamless and they even had it ready a little early. The space had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay.

Here to have lots of FUN

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Commodore Beach Front Condominuims! The unit I stayed in was pleasant and quiet. I truly loved going out on the balcony and sitting down and listening and watching the Gulf Of Mexico day and night. The weather was absolutely ideal!! To put my feel of my stay in a sentence would be I WILL BE BACK!! Thank you to Book That Condo for helping me truly have an awesome time. Thank you and God Bless you all!!

Terrible stay, never stay here or recommend it to anyone.

Dishes were disgusting, toilets wouldn’t flush, and smelt like raw sewing coming through the sink.

Condo needs attention

Water damage present with mold on ceilings, bathroom door swollen and split from water.cabinets smelled like mildew from water damage which made everything smell.I have a mold allergy so I coughed and had a runny nose all week when in the room. Killed a large cockroach in the kitchen and they were present outside unit as well. Elevators took turns being out of service which was aggravating. Beach was nice and we had great weather though.

commodore 704

This condo is in a great location. It is right on the beach and it's a short walk to many restaurants. The dining area, living room, and bed rooms have all been recently painted and have new flooring. The kitchen and bathrooms show their age. The kitchen was missing a few common kitchen wares, but were delivered the next day when brought to the attention of Book That Condo. We found the living room furniture very uncomfortable and also showing its age. The beds were very comfortable and there are plenty of pillows and bedding. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels and washcloths. The washer and dryer were a great convenience and we were appreciative of their large size. Very easy to make reservations through Book That Condo and were they very helpful,friendly, and fast acting when contacted about the missing kitchen wares.

The Worst Place We've Ever StayedWe have been staying in the area every summer for over 20 years, and this was, without a doubt, the worst place we've ever rented. The condo was in dire need of a deep clean and some serious updates.The floors were dirty, the sheets were sandy, and the kitchen was a mess. We found dishes in the dishwasher that still had food on them, and the supposedly clean dishes in the cabinets were also dirty. We messaged Book That Condo about the issues and received an unhelpful "sorry to hear that," with no offer to remedy the situation. To top it off, the toilets barely flushed toilet paper and almost always needed a second flush.This is the second time we've had a bad experience with Book That Condo, and it seems the old saying is true—you get what you pay for.

Very Disappointed!

When I walked in, I was SHOCKED! The only thing this unit had in relation to what was advertised was the floor plan and amenities. It was a wreck! The decor was nothing as advertised, but that was the least of the issues. The sliding glass door in the living room wouldn't close all the way, leaving about a 2-3 inch gap, because the track was broken. The handle to the sliding glass door in the master bedroom was hanging out, only being kept in by a screw thread. Due to these door issues, hot humid air was blasting into the unit, making it very damp. The vents had mold growing out of them. The shower curtains in both bathrooms also had mold growing on them. The bathroom doors would barely close because they had expanded so much and the bottoms were decomposing from all the moisture. The pull out sofa was so broken and busted up that my son had to sleep at the foot of the bed so that the blood didn't rush to his head. The bedding for the pull out smelled in such a way that I had to launder it before we could use it. Needless to say I was very disappointed with this unit. I do not typically do reviews, much less negative ones, but the only nice thing I can say for this unit, is that the maintenance man who came to "band aid" the issues was very polite and understanding of our concerns. We will not be staying in this unit or recommending it ever again.

The condo was clean but is need of updating, there was also an issue with the a/c which created a very warm last 2 night's trying to sleep to the point of the humidity being so high the floors were slick. A tech did come but unfortunately it was not fixed, this was for 704 we also had 707 which also needs some updating, the dining room table and chairs lacked much to be desired.
