Upper deck of house for outdoor dining with Weber grill. Large sectional couch in family room with smart flat screen tv. Three bedrooms downstairs: 1 king, 1 queen, office/bedroom with pullout queen size couch. Bedroom upstairs with 2 twin beds. Close walk to downtown Montauk. No Smoking , no pets.
