A Great Place to Stay

This was my first experience using Vrbo and the properties involved. As my first experience I would have to say it is an experience that will be hard to beat! The room was exactly what appeared in the photos and was very comfortable. Access was easy and in a nice neighborhood with great neighbors. Though the home was next to a busy street, you hardly noticed it was there with the windows closed. The location was great near shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores. Access to freeways were nearby for those that wish to do daytrips.

The wi-fi did not work for me. I could connect, but the connection would drop

The room was beautiful and clean and it was set up well. Reconnecting to Wi-Fi every few minutes did not work for me. I could connect and then it would drop. After five tries the evening I checked in I gave up. At 11 PM I couldn’t reach my host who told me the next day all I had to do was contact them and they would reset it. The location of this room is in the back of the house, but connected to the house. The next morning I could not connect for work. I left that morning, told the owner why when I handed her the keys. and contacted VBRO. I have not received a refund from the owner. This has been escalated with VBRO. It is beautiful room and sadly this was the only problem, but I needed to have continuous internet connection for work.
