Spacious condominium tucked behind a waterfront subdivision on Lake Conroe with everything you need for a relaxing lakefront retreat. You’re sure to lay-back and catch your breath here, especially if you feel like just getting out of the city. The large balcony is front-row seating for a CALMING VIEW and where you’ll see the STUNNING SUNSET disappear below the horizon!

The parallel view of the lake gives our suite a peaceful feel. The suite is uniquely furnished with elegant wall art and decorative features and finishes, a stylish decorative seating area, a charming lake view bedroom to relax and see the boats and jet skis pass, and a lofty main bedroom with a dressing vanity and large mirror. The suite has new mattresses, plush bed settings, lush shower curtains, and there is a flat screen TV mounted on wall of the living area and in each bedroom. Also, the living room sofa converts into a sleeper with a memory-foam for added comfort. Additionally, there is a washer and dryer for added convenience. This suite is a gem for your next getaway!

The condo is located near an elevator on the 2nd floor. It comfortably sleeps six persons and has all the comforting amenities to make your stay serene.

ON SITE: The Wave Restaurant, outdoor swimming pool access with minimum restaurant purchase, with beverage bar near the pool, and a piano bar inside. Community amenities within walking distance include a marina, boat launch, another swimming pool, tennis court, playground, basketball court, as well as water rentals and dinner cruise (reservations required).

We drove from Dallas for a getaway . The host was very gracious and attentive. The lake front location was amazing ..balcony view of the lake was breathtaking. The cleanliness of the unit wasn’t to my expectations. The jets in the tubs were filthy and items in closets were thrown in , not folded properly. Also the unit could use a little tlc as far as some ceiling repair and kitchen faucet repair . All in all a can of Lysol and a vacuum saved the day.

This is a great place to stay. Right on the water to get closer you would have to be in the lake. I even caught a fish from the balcony. Yes its that close. Nice condo but it does need a little bit of up keep. Nothing bad The shower spout leaks back when you pull up the knob to make the water come out of the shower head. All and all its a great place to stay. Had a great time in conroe.

All three of us really enjoyed our stay. Just a couple suggestions: jacuzzi jets had mold in them. Kitchen sink faucet needs attention and a hair dryer in a bathroom. These items would definitely NOT deter us from going back.

Clean, Comfortable, Cozy Stay

We were in town to celebrate the 4th of July with our daughter and her family and stayed here. The condo was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and basic kitchen/bathroom amenities. The view is FABULOUS and the communication with the property owner/manager was efficient. We are accustomed to keeping our surroundings cool and we found that the limits on the AC (at 71) even with mild temps outside was on the warm side for us. We borrowed fans from our daughter and with those we were quite comfortable. The only real downside to us was the condition of the overall property. The access roads to the condo were in desperate need of repair. Landscaping, piers and other common areas appeared neglected. It was nice to have an elevator and for the most part it was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again and hope that the condo association will step up its game as to the overall property condition in the meantime.
