Retreat at the Cove | King Bed | Boat Parking!

The perfect blend of southern charm and modern comfort. Relax with a lovely lake view on the patio rockers, or snuggle up on the teal velvet sofa as you unwind from a day on the lake. Our beautiful waterfront condo has been remodeled to provide every convenience with luxury comforts. Park your boat right outside, enjoy a calm swim or SUP, or take a dip in the pool. Just minutes from the yacht club, golf course, marina, tennis facilities and fitness center.

We are here for you during your stay! With that said, we maintain office hours, and are typically not available between 9pm and 7am for things that are not emergencies. We will get back to you as soon as possible if you reach out during those hours.

If there is an emergency, please call 9-1-1 immediately!

You will have access to Walden's Yacht Club (check out the Sunday Brunch!), tennis facilities and fitness center. Golf course guest passes are available at the Golf Club for an additional daily fee.

We are a short walk from parking, on the second floor (no elevator).

You will have access to the condo grounds, including shared pool and charcoal grills.

You will have access to the grassy lawn area at the lakefront, as well as the bulkhead for boat/jetski parking. Ladders are available for swimming access.

On occasion, groups of residents will gather on the patios below ours for dinner and drinks. This can continue quite late, and they sometimes get a bit loud. Sound machines are provided for our guests in each bedroom.

Before arrival, guests will be asked to complete guest verification through 3rd party provider, Truvi. This ensures we are up-to-date with short-term rental regulations and provides both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact the main guest via email and/or text to complete verification.

Guests are given the choice between a $500 refundable security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver. This is required prior to check-in.

For Direct and VRBO bookings - any refunds due to cancellation are subject to a 3.9% processing fee.

Great Condo and Setting

We really enjoyed our stay. The Walden neighborhood was very peaceful, the condo was well kept, and the view was fantastic. We will definitely stay here again when we visit the area.

The stay was everything you hope for from the host to location to the rental! It was perfect and will stay here again. It has been remodeled beautifully and a very warm and welcoming place to stay.

Very nice condo in a great location

We enjoyed the stay immensely. Clean unit in a great location with a very good view of the Walden Marina. One key was the ability to dock our boat at the bulkhead right outside the window. We highly recommend this property.

Convenient location for boaters

We only used the condo for a place to sleep and shower as we spent all of our time out on the lake. The marina is very well protected and plenty deep enough for our 25ft boat with lots of bulkheading and cleats to tie up overnight. It's a big marina so it takes 5-10 minutes to navigate before you get to open water. Boat ramps are also about 10 minutes away from the marina. Condo is walking distance to a restaurant with a view for dinner and brunch, or take your boat over and tie up at their courtesy docks with space for 4-5 boats. The neighbors are very friendly but also lively as indicated by the host. Definitely a great place to stay for the price.

Great Place To Stay!

The condo we stayed in was very nice, clean and comfortable. There was easy access to the lake. We enjoyed swimming in the lake and the pool and fishing off the dock. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

The condo was perfect for our couples’ getaway. It was easy to find, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and convenience of having our boat right outside the door. The host was super friendly and helpful! We’d definitely stay again.

We stayed here after a football game in College Station. Great space, well appointed, comfortable beds, very clean! Loved the access to the Walden amenities - walkable to the Racquet Club with great tennis and pickleball courts. Easy access to stores and restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over the weekend. The location close to Walden Marina is great. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The owner was quick with communication and that is always so appreciated. I only wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to be back soon!

Absolute gem for our quick staycation

This condo was perfect for our stay. Communication with the host Sarah was precise, timely and she was so polite. Everything was clean and anything we needed for cooking was available. The lake view was beautiful from our balcony and bedroom. I would highly recommend this place and would stay again in a heartbeat.

The View is EVERYTHING

My stay was amazing. The view again is EVERYTHING. I also wanted to state, "You have great neighbors. We could not remember the code to get into the gate. The sun had caused us to become bitter to each other. I can not remember his name, but he informed us that he was the downstairs neighbor. Long story short, he saved us from the dessert sun." I wanted to stay longer.... 5 stars all the way...

Location, location, location

We enjoyed our stay even though there were some setbacks. The condo was clean for the most part except the ceiling fans had a layer of dust on them which we had to clean in order to turn them on and not have dust fly everywhere. The front room is warmer than the master bedroom which is why the fan was needed. The bathtub function didn't work in the hall bath which we informed the owner about. The listing needs to be updated to reflect there is one parking tag as opposed to two. Other than those things, we enjoyed our stay. It's a corner unit which is nice. Rarely heard the neighbors so mostly quiet. We walked to a restaurant in the complex which was convenient. If we had a boat, it's nice that you can tie it off in front of where you're staying. If the owner had refunded the cleaning fee since it wasn't entirely clean when we got there then i would've given this five stars.
