My property is extremely clean. It is professionally cleaned and thoroughly dusted after each stay.
We both walked through the house on March 17th, 2 hours prior to this guests arrival and it looked great!
The futon is adequate...it's a futon.
Our house is located in the Desert where cleaning and dusting are a must!

Disappointing
Poor part of town, scared a few times. House dirty, had to sweep floor before I loading. Needs a good cleaning. 3 days without TV or wifi, hard to contact host. Outdated food in cupbds and frig, clothing in drawers, toenails and earring on rúg. Bed way too squishy, futon uncomfortable. Host did try to rectify problems per phone.
