Cozy Beach Place

This condo was perfect for our stay at Christmas so we could be close to our family. It has been very tastefully decorated and updated. The owner is wonderful as we had to modify our reservation and received a refund for those days as stated. She also responded quickly when we accidentally locked ourselves out the first night!

Great location, Great cozy Place

Love, and enjoyed our place, great communication, cozy, and quiet, the benefits of being next to the beach, we were able to enjoy the sunrise, and sunset. Everything was within walking distance. We had a wonderful time in Cocoa Beach, we were able to enjoy many of the local events, see several shuttle launches, and meet great people, we are planning our next trip, and staying at the same place.

'How Sweet It Is'

I had a good stay at this condo, the location was excellent and the unit was clean upon arrival. The remodeled kitchen and bathroom were also very nice. Unfortunately there were a number of maintenance issues that were pretty inconvenient. The AC broke twice during my stay, the shared washers/dryers were frequently broken, the mailbox that USPS delivers to was unusable as the key was missing, and lots of small things were wrong upon arrival like dead remote batteries and many burnt out light bulbs.

We are so sorry this issues happened during your stay. The ac unit was the first time it ever broke since we purchase the condo unit and the repairs needed approval from the hoa as it was a major job. They needed permission to access the roof. The extra lightbulbs were in the closet as this unit it is rented no shorter than 25 days. The last guest lost the mail box key. I am the owner but we don’t live in Florida. The issue needed to wait for my arrival.

Renovated beach condo with perfect location!

I loved staying here! Everything was clean and appliances were brand new. The location was perfect, less than a 10 min walk from the pier. Beach access right in the backyard and was it was private. Complex was quiet and felt safe! Would highly recommend and stay here again 😊
