Beautiful and Relaxing place

We were three families stayed at Whitefield cottage. The cottage was very spacious and clean. It is a perfect vacation spot. The access to lake was easy and the outside view from inside the cottage was stunning. We can’t wait to be back next time

Amazing long weekend trip

The place was very clean, the location was also very good. Everything was good, lot of things to do as they have hot tub, fire pit and BBQ grill. Amazing place to bring family and friends

Great spot to stay for 10 motorcycling friends

This was a great property very clean and close to great motorcycling roads. Thanks a bunch to the host for allowing us to use his accommodations. Beautiful stay.

Phenomenal vacation

Weekend stay for snowmobile races

A total of 6 of us stayed for the weekend while we attended the Bonnechere cup vintage snowmobile races. Communication was great and the house was perfect. We had a fantastic time and look forward to booking for next years race!

Great Tranquil Lake Experience

This property was one of the best on our Canada Trip this summer - and was ideal for our purposes: we had 7 family members, a 12-passenger van, and the property accommodated all perfectly! Spacious, quiet, and comfortable - we will definitely consider returning on future visits to the area! We really appreciated the provided amenities - and enjoyed the boating on the lake, the hot tub, fire pit and game room. .

Whitefield

We had a great time at the cottage. It is really the perfect setting for families to gather, lots of space for the kids to play. Cottage and property are both clean and well maintained and Shobha was a great host and really on the ball for any questions or requests we had.

Great summer getaway

We are three families with young kids who have rented a cottage each summer for the past 10 years. We've stayed in many places and this is our favourite! The waterfront is perfect for kids to swim, the lake is quiet and peaceful, the cottage is super clean and well- equipped, and our host was very responsive and friendly. We decided before leaving that we all want to return next year. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful, Clean and easy to get to

Amazing cottage and an amazing host, very responsive and always willing to help. We stayed with 4 kids and Grandparents, there was so much to do and keep everyone busy, both inside the cottage (on rainy days) and outside on the beautiful property. The water was very nice and the hot tub was a great add on for the chillier days to keep everyone having fun. Will definitely be going back !

Beautiful cottage on the lake

We had an amazing experience and the host was the best host I’ve ever dealt with. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a weekend getaway. We had 10 people there for a golf tournament and we all slept comfortably and had no issues with space. 10 out of 10 experience all around

Beautiful cottage retreat

Beautiful cottage and area for a fun vacation for a few friends or with family or just a couple. Fully equipped with easy to follow instructions and a pleasure to communicate with the host. Nice quiet lake for kayaking and or paddle boarding. Can’t say enough my family had a super time. We will definitely think about staying again. Cheers.

Lovely Whitefield Cottage

Beautiful, clean cottage...no musty smell! Great family cottage, the kids loved the foosball and ping pong, especially on rainy days. Loved the well-equipped kitchen and long table that the whole family could gather around. Lots of fun fishing off the dock, and spending time kayaking and paddleboating. The cottage owner is very attentive and helpful!

Famjam 2024 @whitefieldcottage

There were fourteen people in our group. The Cottage was just fantastic. Had lots of room for all of us. The dock was perfect! And we just can't get over how beautiful and clear the lake was for swimming. Our host was fabulous and extremely responsive and accommodating. Hoping to go back next year!

Friends Getaway

Nice clean cottage with lots of room for our group of eight adults. Kitchen has all the amenities we could wish for. Host is very accommodating and answered all our questions. Due to a local fire ban we could not have a campfire but otherwise a very enjoyable weekend.

Perfect for a larger family

The hosts were excellent and allowed us our day family to come in to share Thanksgiving. It was a perfect location for a shorter drive for 3 family members who couldn't stay with us. Very organized cottage and plenty of room at the table for the 13 people who gathered on Sunday. We didn't miss a thing. Due to excellent communication I knew what to bring that I needed. Thank you for the wonderful stay, surroundings and your warmth!

Great stay

The cottage is much bigger than we thought, lots of places to sleep. The view is awesome off the deck. It is very near Whitetail golf course which was why we stayed, it was very convenient. The hosts are wonderful and easy to communicate with. The book of rules/procedures is very long, but it does have everything you need in there (just need to read through everything). Only "complaint" is that the BBQ isn't the easiest to use, but we definitely got by! Would definitely stay here again.

I have realllly tried to condense it over the years but then I worry I have left out useful information for the guests so I go back and forth! I will work on it some more!! Bachelorette Weekend

The property was great. Easy communication for everyone. Perfect place for a weekend getaway on the water. Note that neighbours are close by and their patio overlooks the backyard - so if you are looking for total seclusion, this might not be your best choice. With that being said, we did love our experience and had no problem.
