We held our annual family reunion at this property in May 2026, and my family and I were very impressed with the beautiful home. We especially enjoyed the home theater.The house was very clean and spacious, and Cheryl was a delight to work with. We highly recommend this wonderful place. There was so much to do in the area, and after our travels, it was nice to relax and visit in the second-floor living room. Some family members especially enjoyed the pool table. Toward the end of each evening, we would all gather in the theater to watch a movie together. We had a wonderful time.

Westerly family vacation

A beautiful, spacious home; ideal for family vacation including time at the beach, activities in Rhode Island, barbecues in the yard. The pool table and theatre room provide family fun too. A wonderful stay!

Gorgeous 3 floor home with plenty of room for you and your friends/family to spread out. I think there are about three living rooms of sorts. Lots of rooms and balconies at the front and rear of the home to enjoy and explore, many with water views. We enjoyed our week and the charm of the location with a quick ride to the beach and to Watch Hill/Mystic.The beauty of the house is those who aren't beach people can enjoy water views and the peaceful quality of the home. The grounds are stunning and another layer to explore with more water views.The other aspect of this property is the amazing spaciousness of the rooms, especially the third floor master bedroom-suite with water views and a telescope.In addition, the kitchen is huge with lots of room to spread out and cook and enjoy your family and friends. All you need is at your finger tips. The owners have been very thoughtful in equipping the home to make your vacation flow with ease. In addition Stop and Shop is very close by and I highly recommend the The Fishery for amazing fresh fish and frozen salmon burgers. And I also highly recommend a visit to Napatree Point in Watch Hill. This is a hidden treasure.We highly recommend this lovely home for a special vacation.

This was a grand house. It had the right number of bedrooms for our needs. The upstairs kitchen was good for the entire family (the downstairs kitchen was bigger but didn't have the attached family room). The two bedrooms on the ground floor accommodated the less mobile members of the family. The views from the house were stunning. It was a great stay.

Perfect family getaway

Great house, terrific location made our thanksgiving 2023 a perfect one! House was quite large with wonderful amenities. Owners were extremely responsive and accommodating. We will definitely go back!

Even though off the beach, still a great location so close to everything you might need or want. Very comfortable home with all amenities necessary for home away from home. Cheryl was super prompt with any issues that came up and with the exception of a medical health issue, we had a wonderful time!

Absolutely fantastic house! The top floor primary suite is even better than the photos. The kitchen is fantastic, and the movie room could not have been better. Cheryl and Joel are great---very responsive any time we had a question. We will undoubtedly stay here again!

A great place for families

The house was lovely and had many spaces to gather or to be alone and read. The kitchen was large and well stocked. We especially enjoyed eating out on the deck. The gardens were beautiful and in full bloom. A perfect place to escape to from the crowded noisy beach.

Excellent Property for Many People !

We had different numbers of people at different times during our stay: we started with 4, then had 6, then 12, then 8 :). The house was perfect for all sets of people. The kitchen is fabulous as we ate in most of the time. The theatre was a high point for all! And the view - amazing. Enjoy !

We spent a lot of time looking at VRBO houses, and kept returning to this one as the one to choose. We were right. This was an absolutely beautiful house in all ways. We loved our visit here. The house, the decoration, the location, the views - all wonderful. The media room with the large projection screen and a spectacular McIntosh amp-powered sound system was perfect for a group of music fans. If our group from around the country is looking for a rental in the area again, this is the place we’ll be checking first for availability. The only caveat would be if you’re looking for an accessible house, which we weren’t, this isn’t it. Lots of stairs.

The house was wonderful. Room for everyone to have their own space if needed. The property was lovely. Loved all the decks and hugh island was my favorite. We all loved the media room. Overall wonderful stay!

We had great week. Plenty of space for all from age 2 to 70. Fabulous huge yard with amazing landscaping. Incredible views from the 3rd floor. Great proximity to beaches and other activities A problem on our last morning was quickly handled

Family Fun

Great home for big or small families wanting to have fun and enjoy each other and having spaces to retreat to and be alone. My children and grandchildren had a lot fun every evening shooting pool, watching movies in the theater, or gathering for electronic entertainment in the two large living rooms. My wife and I could retire to the top floor and relax when we were ready. We have stayed here twice in last couple years and both times were great. Stocked great with beach chairs etc.

Amazing Home, A+ Hosts

My family of 7 adults and 1 child stayed for a week and had a fantastic time. The home is well stocked, was very clean, and has a ton of space. I have an EV and was especially happy to use the level 2 charger while I was there. Cheryl was very kind and stopped by to set it up, she also communicated all of the details of the home very clearly. We really enjoyed our stay in Westerly as the area has a lot to offer. Between golf, restaurants, and the beach, we had a great vacation. This is the 4th home our group has rented for our yearly vacation and this is among the best!

Lovely!

The house is exactly as you would expect from the listing. An incredibly well-stocked kitchen with wonderful appliances and cookware…Bedrooms were terrific as were the bathrooms…Media room was a BIG hit with the grandkids…watching Olympic surfing on the big screen was amazing!!! The property was beautifully landscaped and we were lucky to meet the landscaper, who helped us with check-in. We enjoyed lots of beach time and having an outdoor shower was an extra bonus to clean off before we went back in the house ..Don’t worry about beach chairs, boogie boards and kids beach toys…There’s PLENTY!!! Great family vacation

Our three generational family enjoyed this property during our two weeks in Westerly. Beach passes, theatre room, pool table, big outside deck with grill, spacious accommodations and all the modern conveniences kept everyone happy; we hated to leave!
