About this property

Spacious, individual and quiet apartment near the beach

The residential complex is in close proximity to the beach. You walk 1 minute from the apartment to the water.
Our apartment is spread over 2 floors. In the lower area there is the entrance, the open kitchen with a large dining table, a bathroom and the beautifully lit living room with balcony. In the upper part of the apartment you will find 2 bedrooms and another bathroom with toilet, shower and vanity. Both bedrooms can be completely darkened (even with the window open).

During the summer months (mid-May to mid-September) an XXL beach chair is reserved for you at the beach chair rental company directly opposite; of course free of charge.

Toller Urlaub in Scharbeutz
Tolle Ferienwohnung. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist für uns ideal (Strand ist direkt gegenüber der Wohnung und Gastronomie ist in 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung!
Wir waren für eine Woche mit unserem 1,5 jährigen Sohn in Scharbeutz und hatten eine schöne Zeit in einer sehr schick eingerichteten Ferienwohnung! An dem Unterkunft gibt es nichts auszusetzen, sie ist sehr gut und schick ausgestattet und hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Auch der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, was An- und Abreise sehr unkompliziert gestaltet hat. An dieser Stelle nochmals vielen Dank!

Scharbeutz ist immer eine Reise wert.
Die sehr schön renovierte Wohnung ist stielvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtet.Es fehlte uns an nichts. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Strand ist schnell zu erreichen und der morgendliche Weg zum Bäcker war entspannend. So konnte man jeden Morgen den Sonnenaufgang genießen. Scharbeutz wir sehen uns bestimmt wieder!

Ein Wochenende den Spätsommer genießen
Es war ein wunderschönes Wochenende. Die Unterkunft ist super schön und die Lage in unmittelbarer Strandnähe ist speziell mit kleinen Kindern einfach toll. Die Vermieter sind mega nett und alles lief total unkompliziert! Wir empfehlen die Wohnung zu 100%
