Hatten einen super Jahreswechsel in Scharbeutz. Die Lage der Wohnung ist Super und auch sonst war alles wie angegeben. Das einzige was noch fehlt ist ein Balkon, ist aber im Winter nicht so schlimm

Sehr schöne Lage und eine moderne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet und hat eine hervorragende Lage. Leider hat uns die Sauberkeit des Objekts gefehlt. Wir mussten einiges selber putzen und ĂŒberall in den Ecken waren Spinnenweben. Der Boden in der Toilette ist gewölbt und war auch dreckig. Das war das einzige was uns gestört hat. Alles andere hat hervorragend geklappt und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Baltic, immer wieder gerne!

Wohnung Oskar

Im allgemeinen war das Objekt in Ordnung. Bettdecke, Kissen und Matratze und Decken im Schrank haben nach Urin gerochen. Stoffcouch Ist ungeeignet wenn man eine Wohnung vermietet und sehr veraltet.Staubsauger ohne richtige saugfunktion trotz entleeren. AbflĂŒsse im Bad verstopft. Geschirrhandtuch um Besteck zu trocknen wĂ€re wĂŒnschenswert. Trotz allem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub und wussten uns zu helfen.

Eine tolle Woche in einer anstĂ€ndigen Wohnung. Alles da was Mann braucht und gut eingerichtet! Standplatz in der Tiefgarage und Fahrstuhl im geb. Seitlich aus dem Wohnzimmer Meer/Strandblick. Wohnung war sehr sauber. Das Team der Verwaltung war super nett und hat innerhalb kĂŒrzester Zeit auf Anfragen reagiert. Verwaltung hat einfach einen tollen Job gemacht. So soll es sein ... so fĂ€ngt der Urlaub direkt am Anfang an:-)...wir kommen wieder ...

Scharbeutz ist immer wieder schön. Die Wohnung war leider nur okay, nicht super.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist top. Es fehlt eigentlich nur ein Balkon. Leider haben Familien vor und dazu beigetragen, dass die Matrazen im Kinderzimmer total mit Urin verunreinigt waren. Von beiden Seiten! Echt eklig. Dies hĂ€tte doch zumindest dem Reinigungspersonal auffallen mĂŒssen... Nachdem wir dies gemeldet hatten war es natĂŒrlich leider nicht möglich kurzfristig neue Matrazen zu beschaffen. Es wurde mit dicken ÜberzĂŒgen Abhilfe geschaffen. War okay, aber ich hoffe fĂŒr unsere Nachmieter, dass dort noch mehr passiert. Ansonsten hatten wir einen schönen Kurzurlaub!
