Worst experience ever

Communication was poor from the start, but when I arrived at the property I couldn’t get inside. Lockbox would not open after multiple attempts. I called number provided for help three times but no answer. Ended up renting a room at nearby hotel. I demand a refund.

1st night

The cleanliness of the apartment was great. Due to mistakes with their emails we were told to go to the office first even after a zoom meeting and we weren’t the only ones. Update your emails! Due to office hold up we didn’t get to the apartment until after dark. None of the parking spaces numbers were lit so we could see them. Oh and let’s not forget the tub/shower faucet flying off due to a broken bolt. To over 70 year olds bailing for over an hour. 2x calls to the help line before someone came to turn the water off. There is no where here to send the video of that night.

Nice location but overpriced

Condo was comfortable and in a quiet nice location close to Paseo area. Somehow during the booking process I failed to fully pay attention to all the added costs - my fault. No way was this place worth the price I had to pay. So many added costs. I would never have booked it had I been paying closer attention to all the additional costs. Place in need of updating especially kitchen and bathrooms. Broken drawer in kitchen. Despite unreasonable price, we did have a nice stay.
