Very quiet luxury apartment with a beautiful, unobstructed ocean view, south-facing, with a pool and tennis court.

➤ Located in a charming residence with a pool and tennis court, this 70m² duplex apartment features a living room opening onto a terrace with a sea view, a fully equipped kitchen, and a half-bath on the first level—as well as two bedrooms, one with a closet, one bathroom with a toilet, and a second terrace with a sea view on the second level.

The first terrace is equipped with two sun loungers and an outdoor shower, as well as a table for lunch and dinner with a sea view. The second terrace, accessible from the bedrooms, features a hammock where you can relax, still with a view of the sea.

➤ Free private parking space (a rare find in the area).

➤ Supermarket, bakery, and bus stop 100 metres away. Self-service electric scooter rentals right outside the residence.

➤ Pool open from May 15 to October 15.

Fabulous stay in Nice

This property was an amazing find. We were so fortunate to stay here. It was spacious, bright, modern and extremely clean. Lots of storage for clothes, wifi, AC, fantastic balconies where we could sit in the sun and a swimming pool as well. The owners were absolutely super, nothing was a problem and they helped us a lot. Many thanks to them. This property is a jewel as are the owners.
