Perfect for our family of 5. Short walk to a private beach, Pompono Joe’s, ice cream, etc. View of the Gulf from the balcony. Condo had a nice kitchen, which made eating in as a family great. Kelly was an excellent host and made checking in very simple and seamless. Our family loved it.

Kelly made everything simple. She always answered me very quickly when I had questions. This property is in a great location. Easy access to the beach, just a short walk across the street which has crosswalks. Walk to Pompano Joe’s. Walk to Alvin’s Island. We enjoyed our stay. Price was great! I highly recommend.

The condo was great. Full kitchen, 2 bathroom, 2 bedroom, plus pull-out couch and a small bunk room. Definitely sleeps 8. Also has an equipped laundry room. No keys to keep up with as the front door, pool access, and private beach access are all opened by electronic keypad. Alvin's Island for beach shopping and beachfront Pompano Joe's restaurant (the best food we had during our visit) are both within easy walking distance. While you technically can see the ocean from the balcony, this unit is not beachfront. Other than that caveat, overall stay was excellent.

You will not find another place more comfortable and accommodating for the price anywhere around. The beds are extremely comfortable even down the the bunk beds. All the beds have mattresses protectors. And comfortable pillows. Kelly has this condo stock with anything you need to cook, relax, or chill at the beach. The only thing you could want is a beach cart but there is no ramp down the the assigned beach so it would not be helpful. There is nothing I would change about our stay and It truly fits 6 people without using couches which is wonderful. we will be back year after year to this condo. Pickleball courts are well maintained and she has the racquets and balls to play. If you want a beach stay thats nice and affordable if you dont mind being literally across the street from the ocean this place is for you.

Everything was as described. Pool, tennis, beach across the street, beach chairs and beach towels for use while at condo. We were able to make breakfast as all kitchen supplies were available. We enjoyed having washer/dryer to use. Highly recommend and HOST responds quickly to any questions.

Great condo

Very nice and comfortable stay. Beach access was very close and convenient especially when you have lots of toys and chairs to carry. I appreciated that beach chairs were provided in the condo, it was one less thing we had to pack ourselves.

Had a wonderful time. Great location. Beach is across the street (private access so not crowded). Communication was excellent. Received all necessary information in a timely manner. Will definitely stay again.

Wonder place to stay

The location is absolutely perfect to the beach...simply walk across the street. The condo was so clean and had everything we needed. The host is wonderful to work with as well. Highly recommend this rental.

Low key spring break

Great location: plenty of space for the 5 of us. Beach is so close and easy to pop over there for a few minutes or the whole day. Owner is quick to respond.
