We had a wonderful stay at Roger’s Lighthouse! The location of the house cannot be matched with easy beach access and just a block over from the main square. We loved the architecture of the home and the host was extremely helpful providing great communication. Would definitely recommend and hope to return to this beautiful location!

This is the perfect place on the perfect street in Seaside.The home was welcoming and perfectly decorated. Kitchen is well appointed with everything you need.Generous space to be together and also places to be by yourself (if needed) .Very clean!Thanks for letting us have a wonderful week.Forgot to mention how the location was so close to everything you could want.

Location of this property was great. Just a few steps to the beach & the town square. It included nice beach chairs and bikes, which was a nice touch. The three porches were also a highlight of the house. However, the property could definitely use some updating and you have to overlook some unique layouts. The bathroom in the third floor bedroom is quite literally in the bedroom - nothing but the shower curtain blocks the shower from the bedroom, with the toilet being in the shower. The bathroom in the downstairs bedroom is also only blocked by a shower curtain before going into the laundry room. The fan on the second floor porch did not work, with no desire from the owners/rental agency to fix - which was a shame as it was a lovely porch area but the August heat coupled with a non-working fan left it unusable for most of the trip.

All things Seaside are walkable from this location. Beautiful, quiet street and neighborhood. Plenty of room inside and out. Loved the vibrant colors, beachy art and architecture! Thanks for the great memories made!

Roger's Lighthouse worked out very well for 2 couples. The location in Seaside was simply perfect as we navigated the 2026 Songwriters Festival. Would rent this house again.

We have traveled to Seaside 1-2 times per year for the last 13 years and this property has been our favorite place so far! The architecture is super interesting and the location to the heart of Seaside was perfect. The kitchen was well-stocked and we appreciated access to bikes. The 2 queen mattresses weren't our favorite, but I still give the property 5 stars for all the wonderful features. We'll be back!

The house was just awesome! The Interior was Warm and Beachy Colorful. The Shutter Room was so Comfortable and roomy for us all! It was a great vacation for us! It's been about 15 years since we have been able to Vacation as a Family with both our Son and Daughter and their Spouses! We really appreciated house clean this house was.
