Midoon guest offers you a magnificent designer duplex designed by an architect for 3/4 people maximum in the heart of the 10th arrondissement. <br>It is located between the Place de la République (1min walk) and the quays of Saint Martin (3 min walk)!<br>Lively area but in a quiet street<br><br>The 30 m2 apartment is on the ground floor, soundproofed and out of sight. Renovated in 2018 by an architect, it will welcome you in a modern, cosy atmosphere and with new furniture!<br><br>To serve you:<br><br>- On the ground floor (15m2):<br><br>Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room: hob, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, wireless sound equipment by Harman/Kardon <br><br>The living room offers a 2-seater sofa bed 130x90 but be careful, it can accommodate an adult comfortably or 2 children<br><br>a dining table for 2/3 people<br><br>- On the ground floor (15m2):<br><br>A spacious bedroom with a queensize bed equipped with a mattress topper for optimal comfort. <br>2 trundle beds can be folded out from under the bed to accommodate your children for the night. They can occasionally accommodate one or 2 adults comfortably (70x190cm), but be careful, once the beds are folded away, there is very little room left to move around the room!<br><br>A large custom-made closet with wardrobe to make you feel at home<br><br>A bathroom with a large walk-in shower (rain effect, hand shower, massage jets. This space has been particularly highlighted for optimal comfort!<br><br>For your privacy the toilet is separate <br><br>Your comfort during your stay being our priority, we want the apartment to be perfectly prepared to welcome you in the best conditions.<br><br>In the cleaning fee you pay are included:<br>- Cleaning by a professional<br>- All laundry of hotel quality (bed linen, bath towel, bath mat, kitchen towel<br>- Welcome kit for the first night (toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, soap, instant coffee bag, tea bag, sugar, salt, pepper.<br><br>Arrivals are between 2pm and 9pm. Outside these hours and subject to availability, additional fees apply: 20€ after 9pm.<br><br>Your arrival is autonomous and I will communicate the codes of the connected lock to access the accommodation 24 to 48 hours in advance. <br><br>Important: Please let us know your arrival time of the train/flight as well as your flight number.<br>If you arrive by car, please let us know one hour before your arrival.<br>Ideally located, it allows you to visit most historical and tourist sites within 10 minutes by metro: <br>République station line 3,5,8,9 and 11!<br><br>This accommodation is officially authorised to practice short-term rental in Paris.
