This cozy condo with an ocean view will be the perfect getaway for you and your loved one. The front deck has a beautiful ocean view and the back deck can see the marsh which is beautiful at sunset. Right across the street from the Carolina Beach Pier. Perfect for a delicious meal and cold drink. This whole unit is completely remodeled and is in top notch condition. Walk to the ocean right across the street. Our Condo community has a stunning sunset view of the marsh complete with a swimming pool and many places to walk and shell collect. You won't miss a stunning sunrise or sunset in this beautiful condo. Right at the entrance of Freeman Park where you can drive on the beach w/ 4 WD and have a fire. Only 2 miles away from the iconic fun and exciting Boardwalk. This is the perfect romantic getaway.

Perfect Getaway

My daughter and I had the perfect beach getaway at Angela’s Joy By the Sea! It was clean and well-stocked (not just the kitchen but the bathroom as well - she’s thought of everything which we discovered after I sliced open the bottom of my foot on a sharp shell!) and the location can’t be beat - the ocean sits a 30 second walk from the front door and the marsh is 30 seconds out the back. We saw spectacular sunsets both nights. Several major grocery store chains are only minutes away, and we also hiked in the nearby State Park. Angela was responsive and thoughtful- would definitely rent again!

Joy by the Sea

If you have been disappointed in vacation stays in the past, there will be no disappointment at Joy by the Sea. The overboard welcoming host is just the beginning of a wonderful experience. If you are one seeking a clean, family oriented, home away from home feel, look no further! This is it. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops, plus this location is very close to Freeman Park. If you have a 4WD, you can take your rig and cruise on the beach! Find a spot, park, throw up a canopy, beach gear, and voila, a wonderful different experience at the beach! We will be staying no where else at Carolina Beach when we return.

Carolina Beach

We just want to start by saying thank you for providing the perfect stay for a quick weekend away! Angela’s property had everything that we needed to have a relaxing time at the beach. Not to mention it was stocked on all the things we didn’t even think to pack (beach chairs, shampoo, sunscreen, beach towels, etc). The detail of this home definitely doesn’t go unnoticed. Her space not only provides the perfect spot on the front deck to drink a cup of coffee, quick and easy access to the beach, AND Hulu already logged in so you can binge watch your favorite show in the event it rains. Highly recommend booking with Angela the next time you are in Carolina Beach.
