Perfect location awaiting you and your family! 2 bedroom and 2 bath Oceanfront complex, gated community with pool overlooking the breathtaking ocean, Inlet, and private island. These views and the quiet family location makes this beach worth the trip. Convenient first floor unit close to the parking lot, beach, and pool!

Mid May-Mid Sept only rents for a week minimum from Saturday to Saturday. Ask owner for off season nightly minimums.

Updated kitchen with granite counters, newer appliances with dishwasher, Keurig single serve and Carafe, Ninja blender, toaster, microwave, and all essential cookware.

This is a NON-SMOKING unit, including balcony. If caught smoking you will forfeit your entire deposit for deep cleaning of the unit.

Living room has pull out queen sofa. Smart TVs and DVDs in living room and both bedrooms. Ocean views from balcony. Wifi available in unit and even reaches to beach and pool! Laundry on site. This complex is complete with outdoor shower, grills, Cable, and gated parking/access to private beach within steps!

Although this gem is nestled at the end of Ocean View Blvd where the ocean meets the inlet, it is still only minutes from grocery stores, various restaurants, Barefoot Landing, Little River, and Calabash NC for yummy seafood!!

Great, quiet location!

We really enjoyed the location of the condo! Easy walk to the beach. Condo is just as described and shown in pictures. Great for social distancing and quiet complex. Owner very responsive and nice. Looking forward to coming back in the future.

The only notes I have on the 4/5 online listing was there was construction going on all week, so the noise was pretty aggravating I’m not sure if the owner knew about it though. Extremely clean condo, great access to the pointe! Saw a ton of interesting wildlife on shore, and the inlet, ocean combo shares some AMAZING SUNRISES! highly recommend!

We have stayed here the last 2 years. Great experience! Always clean, easy access, location great of condo , first on off the entrance. Not a lot of people, so if you want a more quiet part of the beach this is a great location!! The owner responds back very quickly. Would highly recommend this condo !

We had my in laws with us and loved that it was a first floor unit with minimal stairs and access to the beach was just steps away. They really wanted to fish and the walk to the water was short. This is our second time at this unit and we love it!

Clean room - Dishwasher was dirty, sofa bed was never open, it was dirty. There was no sheets for the sofa bed, under the sofas has a lot of trash. Shower door at the bottom was never clean.

Wonderful stay

Penny responded to questions and comments lightening fast. The condo was so conveniently located. Though the complex has been around For decades, this unit was very nice. Beautiful kitchen. Two nice size bedrooms with queen beds. Two bathrooms. A nice balcony where you can have cocktails while watching the ocean. I will be back for sure!

Perfect Couples Getaway

My husband and I stayed here just us two. My friend sin and wife couldn’t come but if they had there would have been plenty of room. Definitely could fix six people very comfortably. Clean and cozy. Not ocean front but u can see it from hallway looking toward ocean and from tall chairs on porch. Great shelling at 0ft low tide. To the left of the beach right at front side of point. Between beach and little island that appears. Could use some handicap bars in bathrooms. After walking all day I was so sore and needed help in and out of tub and shower.

Fall Break Getaway

We loved the location of this property. We enjoyed being able to either be on the beach or the inlet. My husband fishes so this gave him options. The condo was clean but you could tell it had been awhile since someone had rented it. It had set closed up which gave it a slight musty smell. The mattress in the master bedroom needs replacing terribly bad. Not sure about the other bed in the other room. The coach in the living room is also in need of replacing. The coach was very worn. We enjoyed the kuerig in the kitchen. With all that being said we still would recommend staying here. And to return back again next year with hopefully new mattresses on the beds!

Cherry a grove Condo

This condo was nice. Beautiful beach just a few short steps away from the front door. Condo was very clean and check in was easy. There was no accessible washer/dryer in the unit itself so that posed a problem with small kids, but otherwise this was a great place to stay.

Overall the property was great. Exceptionally clean and quiet and the location is absolutely perfect. Condo is a bit dated and a little dark but it's just steps from the beach.
