Oceanfront penthouse -“Sunkissed”

Weekly summer rental from May 15th, check in and check out on Fridays. You will need to sign the lease agreement and share your id before check in esp for stay longer than 7 days. Enjoy stunning unobstructed view of ocean from penthouse at the beginning of boardwalk. This is a Spacious unit of 615+ sq ft which is completely furnished. Relax with whole family on large private deck with beautiful views of ocean , beach and board walks. Experience spectacular fireworks from the balcony.

Condo features granite countertops in kitchen & baths, hardwood, tile flooring ,in-unit laundry, work station if you choose to work from home and one reserved parking! For extra cars there is paid garages behind the building. Family and kid friendly.

Please note association policy no pets. so, no exceptions.

Hampton Beach

My son and I had a wonderful time! Arun was a wonderful and responsive host. The condo is beautiful, clean and the location could not be better! I had one question during the stay and Arun was very responsive and helpful. The check in and check out process was very smooth. Sunkissed

Truly amazing and perfectly named "sunkissed". The sunrises and sunsets from both the front and the back were amazing. Took 1 star away for the entry. The process should be easier to get into the gate. Like a passcode to enter at the gate entrace. Maybe something to talk to the association about. We did run into other renters and they agreed. Once we got into the parking lot the condo was beautiful, clean and the bed you melt in. If you need a firm bed sleeping on the sleeper sofa is perfect for you. The fireworks were so close to the balcony you could feel them. It was amazing! People living at The Surf are very friendly. Lastly, if there is any Police action, if you are a car enthusiast or like people watching this location is perfect!

Thanks a lot Lina for taking time to write this review. Getting into parking lot is one of the hardest part, esp when traveling by self. I hope I get more owners to agree to possibly set up a passcode for the entry gate.. I didn't get much approval for the suggestions in past and since more people are suggesting to the owners may be I will get traction in our annual meeting and next time when you visit hopefully things will be different in that front .. Again thank you for the review and suggestions..

Week Away In Hampton Beach

This property is the perfect place for a stay in Hampton Beach! The ocean views from the private balcony are beautiful. The property was in excellent condition and was clean upon arrival. Designated private parking was also an added bonus. The best endorsement that I can give is that we plan to book this property again next year!

Fabulous

The condo is in prime location. Very nice sunset when we arrived on a Friday. We really enjoyed sitting by the terrace or balcony and just watched the ocean waves and sounds and cars on the streets. The place is very clean and homey. Will love to stay here again.

Location was great but . . .

Cute little place, won’t stay here again. Upon arrival, closets, draws and shelves were so filled and cluttered (Including linen) had to remove everything stuffed in them and organize so we could have small spaces for our clothing & toiletries - not a good way to start vaca. Not the cleanest place we’ve stayed in.. There was someone’s hair on couch pillows, dirt/hair on shower edge; went to use the tea pot and found it had old slimy water inside it - it’s probably still there as I did not use/clean it. Instead of enjoying our last morning, we were busy doing “maid’s work” - the dishes, the laundry, trash removal. Needless to say we did not leave a “Maid Tip” In the envelope provided - what for??? Chairs on deck not the best for enjoying a view of the strip below. Manager was not able to tell us how the lock for the building “pass through” hallway worked, when called about it. It also has the worst bed we have ever slept in. Love the location, won’t stay here again.

Great Vacation Condo

My wife and I were visiting from Ohio to visit family and took a short vacation at Hampton Beach. We completely enjoyed our stay at Arun's beach condo. The registration process was simple and Arun promptly answered questions and provided very clear and detailed instructions for check-in and check-out. The location was perfect, just a little north of the main boulevard which was a quieter while close enough to walk to all the restaurants and activities. We enjoyed sitting on the 5th floor balcony which had an awesome view of the beach! The welcome folder was also very helpful with information on restaurants and other activities. The condo and furnishings provided everything we needed for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Although there was a minor issue concerning housekeeping, Arun was very prompt to address our concern with the cleaning crew and resolved the issue to our complete satisfaction. If you are considering a visit to Hampton Beach, we recommend a stay at Arun's place. Thanks for your hospitality, Arun. P & D from Ohio

A spectacular sanctuary!

I had the biggest smile on my face from the moment I got to this awesome sea sanctuary! The place is immaculate and the views are spectacular- you can watch the sunrise from the balcony and the sunset from the back balcony. Great location, at the end of the main strip so near activity if that’s what you’re looking for but also close to some quieter spots as well. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I will definitely try to visit again! Many thanks Arun :)

Awesome Views of the Ocean!

It was so cool to be 5 floors up watching the parade of cool vehicles and people from the very private balcony. The weekend was busy and midweek was quiet time watching the sunrise from the balcony or the living room. The views of the ocean and beach are just stunning! Very relaxing.
