Great place for a couples getaway. Right on the beach and great location to all that Folly Beach offers. Only tiny issue was privacy- each floor shares a common front balcony facing the beach - but wasn’t an issue for us as the people staying in adjacent condos were very friendly.

Condo was exactly as it was depicted online. Very clean upon arrival, small but has everything you need. Exhaust fan in the bathroom does not work, or is extremely quiet. GREAT view of the ocean and the pier. Sit at the dining table and enjoy the view!! Great location and easy walk to shops and restaurants along Center Street. Can hear people walking upstairs, but to be expected in a condo building such as that. We had a great stay overall.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We're thrilled you enjoyed the ocean and pier views from the dining table – that's one of our favorite features too. We appreciate you noting the condo's cleanliness and convenient location near Center Street. We'll absolutely look into the bathroom exhaust fan to ensure it's working at full capacity for future guests. Your feedback helps us maintain the quality you experienced. We'd love to welcome you back on your next visit!

Overall Great stay. Nice beachfront location within walking distance to all the restaurants, bars and shops. Only about 20 mins to downtown Charleston.Condo was very clean and cozy and the bed was super comfy. Only downside we had for the unit was that the walls are super thin so you can hear your neighbors next door and upstairs. Other than that, we enjoyed our long weekend.
