Do you want to enjoy the comfort of a fully furnished apartment by the sea? Do you want to spend a quiet vacation without having to forego the advantages of urban infrastructure? Then we recommend our apartment in Warnemünde. It is centrally located (2 minutes to the church square and local transport) and close to the beach (5 minutes) in a quiet one-way street away from the main traffic arteries ..

The apartment is furnished with attention to detail and almost completely.
For families with children we have equipped the apartment with the necessary inventory (high chair, baby bed, etc.), which is provided free of charge.

In addition to the balcony, the apartment offers you a spacious and almost invisible roof terrace. Enjoy sunny hours on the loungers or in the comfortable beach chair.

Wunderschön eingerichtete Zimmer, die traumhafte Dachterrasse und die ruhige und trotzdem zentrale Lage in einer der schönsten Straßen in Warnemünde haben uns (meiner Mutter 78 und meiner Tante 80) einen tollen Ausflug ans Meer beschert.

Die Wohnung ist lichtdurchflutet und liegt super zentral. Ob am Strom, an der Ostsee oder am Bahnhof-man ist überall innerhalb weniger Gehminuten. Das große Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne ist ein Highlight. Aber auch der Wohn-/Esszimmerbereich mit Küche besticht mit seiner Helligkeit und Großzügigkeit. Toll sind die Balkone.

Schön, geräumig und in perfekter Lage

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Warnemünde und waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Anbindung an sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist optimal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Großzügige Wohnung, geeignet für 4 Erwachsene! Balkon und große Dachterrasse, dort fehlte allerdings ein Tisch und Stühle. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet, einzig eine Waschmaschine fehlte. Kleiner Minuspunkt an Sauberkeit: Fenster und Terrassenmöblierung.

Warnemünde im Mai

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Das Appartement hatte alles was wir brauchten. Im hinteren Schlafzimmer sollte man mal über neue Betten nachdenken. Die knacken schon ganz schön. Aber sonst haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Feuergefahr, Gefährlich, Mülltonne übervoll, beschmutze Betten, nicht gut - Tage vorzeitig abgereist

Sehr gefährliche Situation, als wir die Wohnung betreten haben. Herd war an und hat ein darauf befindliches Holzbrett angebrannt. Hat die ganzen Tage in der Wohnung nach Lagerfeuer gestunken. Trotz lüften Verdreckte Betten - eklig Mülltonne war voll und wurde nicht entleert Wir sind drei Tage früher abgereist- kein schöner Urlaub - werden wir sicher nicht weiterempfehlen

Wohnung Alexandrinenstr. 122

Eine sehr schöne, großzügige und komfortable Wohnung. Das Problem war das Parken. Der uns angesagte Parkplatz war ein Privatgrundstück und gehörte nicht zur Wohnung, wir sind auf das Übelste beschimpft worden und haben letztendlich weit entfernt einen Dauerparkplatz gefunden. Davon abgesehen haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und haben uns erholt.

Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sehr gut gelegen in Warnemünde. Ein Parkplatz würde die Attraktivität der Wohnung steigern. In diesem Preissegment muss man auch über die Sauberkeit der Wohnung sprechen. Oberflächlich betrachtet, war alles in Ordnung. Aber die Mülleimer müssen regelmäßig gereinigt werden. Die Gläser waren zum Teil verschmutzt. Einige Besteckteile hatten Speisereste. Der Ofen mit den Blechen war nicht sauber. Die Einlegeböden im Kinderzimmerschrank waren versandet. Die Glühlampen der Deckenbeleuchtung im Kinderzimmer waren kaputt. Die Toilettenbürsten waren extrem verdreckt. Ersatzmüllbeutel für den Plastikmüll waren nicht vorhanden. Eine vorschriftsmäßige Entsorgung des Papiermülls war nicht möglich. Das W-LAN ist sehr schlecht. Die Rollos im Schlafzimmer sind defekt. Trotz dieser leicht zu behebenden "Mängel" hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub und würden wieder diese Wohnung buchen.

Urlaub mit Mängeln

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage, die Einrichtung ist Geschmacksache, die Antiquitäten haben uns nicht so gut gefallen. Schlecht war das WLAN/Internet, die Möglichkeit Müll zu entsorgen und der Gestank vom Müllcontainer des benachbarten Restaurants. Der Container steht direkt links unterhalb des Balkons und wurde erst kurz vor Urlaubsende geleert. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Sehr schöne Fewo

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Wahl und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Das Highlight für uns war die Dachterrasse mit Strandkorb. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr angenehm. Wir können die Fewo uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
