The Cliffs 7301 is spacious oceanfront unit on the 3rd (top) floor at the end of a building with a spectacular view. It encompasses over 1500 square feet of luxury, all dedicated to your comfort when you are not out enjoying the beauty of Kauai. It is ideal for groups of up to four adults or a family with children. Located on the spectacular bluffs of Princeville, on Kauai's North Shore, it affords every opportunity for exploring and enjoying this amazing island. The Cliffs resort amenities include beautiful pools, outdoor jacuzzis, barbecue grills, free tennis courts, a putting green (golf nearby), a childrens' play area with basketball and shuffleboard, and a book exchange library. State of Hawaii taxes include Excise Tax in the amount of 4.712% and Transient Accommodations Tax in the amount of 10.25%.

Great location!!

This was the third property that my family stayed at on our Hawaiian trip and it was our favorite. The location was great and the view from the lanai made us feel as though we were truly on vacation. If you are looking for a place to stay while visiting the north shore of Kauai my family would recommend this property.

Easy check-in and check-out. The real show stopper is the view from the property. Outstanding!!! The grounds of the property are well maintained and wonderful! We would stay again!

Great condo with awesome views

This was a great place to stay. Awesome views, fun pool and lots of amenities. The property had pretty much all we wanted and was close to everything we needed including a grocery store and restaurants. The only thing that would've made the place better would be a new couch. The master was huge, the loft was perfect for our teens, the kitchen had all of the basics. Two bathrooms were perfect for getting everyone ready each day. We hope to come back again soon!!

The view from the Condo spectacular!

We didn't miss AC at all because the trade winds kept the condo very comfortable and I even had to buy a sweatshirt because I got a little chilly. The beds were very comfy. We didn't hang out in the condo too much as we were out enjoying all that Kauai had to offer but we did make a few meals at the condo which was very nice and convenient and slept well there... Mahalo for our wonderful stay!

Great Family Oceanview Condo

We loved our stay here and would highly recommend for families. Although the decor is dated (we knew as it is described this way), the condo was perfect for our family of 5. The condo was very clean, had beach chairs, towels and boogie boards. The chairs need to be updated as 2 were broken. We enjoyed the ocean view on the balcony, soaking in every sunrise and sunset. We especially enjoyed meeting others at the Adirondack chairs over looking the ocean for sunset cocktails. We stayed here 2 blissful weeks and would definitely stay again!

Kauai Vacation

Great location. We were very disappointed that we did not receive the mid stay cleaning service as stated. We had to wash our linen and we ran out of toilet paper. The property manager said we need to check with the owner concerning services. I suspect that the promised service was included in my fee, but I see no way of recovering it.

Beautiful Direct Ocean View

We loved this property and will return. The unit, though not as “modern” as some, is clean and very well kept. New shades have been recently installed in all windows, assuring privacy at night, but clear and beautiful views by day. The owner was very accessible by email for any issues we had. Being not very savy with technology, we needed to ask about how to work the tv’s. In the middle of Hurricane Lane, we felt the need to have up to weather info. The Cliffs management maintains a beautiful property. There are Weber gas grills close to unit 7301, allowing us to cook local seafood each night. Be sure to take advantage of the farmers’markets to complete your meal. Searching VRBO will offer you a choice of many units at varying prices. We chose this unit for its ocean front location and moderate price, and were very, very happy with our choice.

Wonderful comdo with a beautiful view. Very easy checi-in and out. It's a lovely place and the beds were comfy. Well supplied kitchen and lots of beach supplies that made our trip so much easier. Very responsive hosts if you have any questions. Great place!

Amazing View

The condo is on a great property and has a great layout, but could use a remodel. Nothing was broken, just old and dated. The view is really amazing, so that makes up for it. Also, they could use some new beach chairs and umbrellas....the chairs were in pretty rough shape and the umbrella were useless since they can't be screwed into the sand. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful views!!

Our stay was the best!!! Highly recommend! Thank you so much for taking care of the parking. Our first time to Kauai. We thought we had really messed up when there was no a/c but after opening the windows and doors it was the best!! Our views of the ocean & the mountains was amazing!! We would recommend this condo for other guests and would stay there again.

Amazing condo and resort!

The most gorgeous spot to stay, amazing ocean views (so close you can hear the waves) This is an end unit so you get lots of natural light and windows, and that lovely night breeze. Other people staying at this resort were very quiet and nice, comfiest beds ever (we all slept so great). Lovely pool and hot tub with separate adult only hot tub (we had kids and loved having a hot tub where they were welcome). Seriously we loved it so much we want to buy it!

Beautiful setting; property is ok

We stayed a week at the Cliffs and it’s a quiet, very well maintained community, with large green space and beautiful overlooks to the ocean. The Cliffs staff members were very friendly and accommodating. We spent a lot of time walking, and sitting in the comfortable Adirondack chairs provided to enjoy the lovely setting. Our time in the unit was comfortable, but a bit disappointing at how outdated and in some cases in ill-repair it is. The carpet appears new, but everything else is not. The kitchen supplies were limited, compared to the many other VRBO properties we’ve stayed in. The loft gets quite warm since there’s no ac, but most days/nights the air flow was adequate to cool things down. The drain was stuck shut in one of the tubs, and maintenance was quick to respond to fix it. The owners were friendly, responsive and provided important info prior to arrival.

Great unit in the best complex

We love the Cliffs and have stayed multiple times there. This is a wonderful end unit with great views. Everything needed in the kitchen and comfortable furnishings including great beds!!! Thanks we will be back!
