Great Fun

House was as advertised. We are a group of 8 retired friends that travel to the beach every year. House was laid out nicely, all of us had a large bedroom with private bath. .Short walk to the beach and very nice pool. Great fun was had by all.

This is a very nice house in an excellent location. Renters should know that it is worn. Regardless, I would give it five stars other than the following: the pool is unsightly as tiles are missing and about 1/3 of the paint on the bottom is peeled off in patches. Owner should be embarrassed. Dishwasher broken the entirety of the trip. Owner had previous knowledge as repairman informed us he had numerous tickets on it. Never fixed or replaced. 12 people means a lot of hand washing and drying. There was not enough hot water for a shower in three of the bedrooms for approximate 4 days. Couldn’t shower in fourth bedroom for 2 days as the tub drain was clogged as were a few bathroom sinks. Hot water heater was mended with plumber stating owner will be installing tankless water heaters. There were many other repairs needed to the house but they did not bother us too much. Beautiful house and location but not maintained or cared for.

Great family vacation. Loved the location and family room view of the beach

Awesome week for a family reunion. Easy access to the beach. Kitchen was well equipped and the view from the family room was beautiful. Would highly recommend this home and definitely come back

Large and comfortable

We had a large family group, coming to Sea Pines since before there was a Sea Pines. Home easily accommodated all of us in comfort with plenty of room to be together and plenty of room for privacy. Great location, just steps from beach path 45.

We had an incredible stay with a large family of 13 . The home was fantastic from a room and cut perspective with a great view of the ocean from the living room.
