The 2-star rated villa "l'olivier" is located in the pretty residence "les jardins de la Clape" a stone's throw from the beach and close to shops.
The fully air-conditioned house offers all the comfort for a pleasant stay between sea and mountains.
You have private parking right next to the house, on the terrace two deck chairs invite you to relax on the fenced terrace where you can take your meals outside, a plancha is available as well as two parasols.
Inside you have a pretty kitchen equipped new in 2021 with everything you need to cook "like at home": fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, two coffee makers including one Nespresso, toaster, kettle, blender, all necessary utensils as well as a vacuum cleaner, iron and mini board.
Living room side: sofa, armchair and a large television offering TNT satellite channels and German channels.
Upstairs the two bedrooms offer new bedding: bedroom 1 / two 90 cm beds and a large wardrobe, bedroom 2 / a 160 cm double bed.
In the bathroom where the washing machine is located you have a hair dryer.
The numerous leisure activities nearby as well as cultural visits and hiking or mountain biking trails in the Narbonnaise regional natural park in the Mediterranean will seduce you and guarantee you a pleasant stay.
The area is residential, the cycle path close as well as shops and the market. There are many restaurants nearby.

Super location, très propre, très calme il ne manque rien pour passer d'excellentes vacances. La mer est à 5 minutes à pieds et les commerçants aussi. Lise et son mari sont adorables. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. C'est sûre, nous reviendrons..... Sylvie et Nanou

Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Sehr gut war auch die Betreuung & Hilfsbereitschaft von Lise & Roger. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war das Fehlen eines WLAN-Anschlusses sowie das Fehlen von Bett-Wäsche und Badetücher in Bad.

Maison très agréable et bien équipée, à proximité des chemins de randonnée de la clape et à 5min de la plage. Propriétaires prévenants et très à l'écoute. Merci à Lise et Roger pour leur chaleureux accueil et leurs conseils. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr.

Toller Urlaub in einem super Haus

Sehr schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung. Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten / Bäcker sind nicht weit. Wir haben uns als Familie mit 2 Kindern (4,6) sehr wohl gefühlt.
