Excellent well equipped property, short walk to the pool and beach. Very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed the onsite restaurant. Took an easy day trip to Isla Majures via Uber to ferry. Would gladly stay again.

Incredibly beautiful place!

Our stay at Villa Karina was a dream come true. Beautiful villa in a gorgeous location. Our host Dora took care of all our needs and requests with a smile on her face and love in her heart. We will definitely stay there again.

Stayed for 25 nights, Dora the caretaker was wonderful to deal with a very quick to respond, housekeeping was outstanding, very private setting and easy beach walk to town, we would go back.

Beautiful Property

Our family had the most wonderful stay at this property! Everything was amazing, including the staff! The house manager was super helpful and the chef's food was delicious. The house was clean, well stocked with the necessities and beautifully presented. If you want a relaxing, private and comfortable vacation-stay here!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Karina. The house is lovely and roomy, and we had everything we needed for a great week. Dora was so helpful before and during the trip- thank you! Highlights for us: the pool, going snorkeling on the reef with Joaquin and Kevin (can’t recommend more!!), having dinner cooked for us by Pablo for a couple of the nights, massages by the pool deck, dinner at Burger Underground in town, riding ATV’s and zip line adventure and playing games every night as a family! It’s a great spot for a relaxing vacation!

Paradise!

Family gathering (from ages to 20-85) to celebrate a big birthday. The property was just stunning! We had room to gather and spread out. Dora helped us plan amazing excursions and made everything a breeze. Sweet town, sweet place!

Perfect Beachfront Luxury Home

We visited Villa Karina with 4 couples. The home is spacious, spotless and beautiful. The sunrise beach views are stunning. The location is quiet and close to all the amazing restaurants in Puerto Morelos. Dora is a wonderful host and Pablo cooked us a delicious meal with fresh fish from our fishing trip. I can’t say enough about our perfect stay at Villa Karina.

Outstanding!

Beautiful setting and property is extremely nice. When we arrived we were greeted by “Dora” our beautiful hostess who took care of our every need. She hooked us up with our chef Pablo who we simply can’t say enough about his culinary creations, our gardener and maid were top notch. Great vacation and all orchestrated by Dora!

Fantastic home I would highly recommend!

The house itself is fantastic with great living areas, kitchen and bedrooms. It was beautiful and comfortable at the same time. The location can’t be beat , quieter beach area in front of the home but the town area is accessible walking. The house manager was incredible helpful, scheduling a wonderful chef and masseuse and answering any questions we had. I highly recommend this house to anyone and we hope to get a chance to stay there again!

Beautiful week in Puerto Morales

Large group of extended family, we spent a week in this lovely home. We enjoyed most everything about the house. Everything was exceptionally clean well organized anything that had any problem was immediately addressed. The location is next to an adults only resort and a bit away from the beach activity. But cabs and Ubers are plentiful if you’re not up for a walk.

Great place to relax and spend time with friends. A true vacation!

Plenty of space to gather or have time to yourself. Villa was very comfortable, and kitchen was large enough to accommodate 6 adults preparing a meal. Close enough to walk or bike into town to enjoy local restaurants. Easy to purchase groceries and cook at the villa. Dora was great to work with; and the housekeeper and gardener were friendly, easy to have around.
