Located on the north shore of Lake Tahoe, Native Landing is a wonderful, family home located on a private side street conveniently off the main road. This amazing Lakefront makes for a serene lakefront experience. Enjoy the lovely lower deck which leads directly to the pebbly beach, or relax on the upper deck outside the master bedroom as the sun rises and sets. Luxurious comforts throughout. The Native artwork lends to this home's warm, inviting atmosphere throughout. Ideally situated between Tahoe City and Kings Beach, you are in perfect proximity to shopping, restaurants and the public beaches. Come, enjoy, relax and make some great memories in our Native Landing Lakefront.

Location:
Carnelian Bay is a small town in the middle of Kings Beach and Tahoe City, and central to activities around the Lake. The famous Gar Woods restaurant is located in the heart of Carnelian Bay and offers a beautiful view and public pier. Next door, Patton Beach has beach activity options. In the Winter months, cross country skiing is available within a short drive. Northstar, Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley, and more are less than a half hour drive. Please visit our website and follow our “Tahoe Guide” with updated things to do in your specific area.

Parking: Parking is available for 1 car in the garage and 3 in the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.

Other things to Note:
* Use of the BBQ is not available to rental guests.
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

*Renters must be 25+
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 10 adults

A truly special location!

If you are looking for lake views, look no further! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was such a special location to celebrate a friend’s 50th birthday. We enjoyed drinks on the deck and paddle boarding at sunrise. The location is perfect with lake access and very close to town and hiking trails. We had 10 people in our group and had plenty of space for everyone. We had an amazing time, and the service provided by the property management company was top-notch in answering all our questions about the house amenities. Thank you for a memorable celebration!

Tahoe Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
