Our home boasts enormous 30’ wide pocket door sliders that open the entire living space to the backyard. 2 bedroom guesthouse with covered lounge also has large pocket door sliders that open an incredible unrestricted view to the pool. There is plenty of unrestricted parking for everyone. You can relax around the fire pit or outside dining room for dinner or enjoy a late night movie on the giant LCD in the living room.

If you enjoy the nightlife we are located just a few minutes from downtown Palm Springs. There is no shortage of restaurants, bars, and entertainment throughout the year.

There is a one time, non-refundable cleaning fee. Daily turndown service is available for an additional fee.

Pool heating is optional and has an additional daily fee which covers our utility cost. Jacuzzi heating is complimentary.

Guests have exclusive access to entire house, pool/spa, outdoor grill, and all yards.

The house has wheelchair accessibility throughout. All showers have hand-held shower heads. There are seat in most showers as well, however, the house is not equipped with grab bars at toilets and showers, and the kitchen does not have an adjustable height work station. The pool does not have a lift.

Please remember that NO audible music is ever allowed outside in the City of Palm Springs - per very strict city regulations. We provide speakers around the property that have been specifically calibrated to not disturb the neighbors, so please only use those speakers and NEVER an outside/amplified sound system! Also, all outside noise (yelling, etc) needs to kept to a minimum after 10pm quiet hours begin!
Cars need to be kept to a maximum of six on the property.
And no more than 14 guests are allowed at the house overnight (and 18 during the daytime.) Monthly stays can allow higher occupancies - please inquire!

Palm Springs is very strict on these regulations - and will enforce, ticket and even evict if the rules are broken. Please let me know if you need any help with compliance to these regulations - so you can have a great time and not have any issues during your stay! We know our neighbors, so if you hear any noise or have any issues, please reach out to our property manager to let him know and we will handle it very quickly for you!
