Awesome!

This house was everything my family and I had hoped for. Spacious home with amazing views! We enjoyed the beach everyday and then walked to the village in the evening to some amazing restaurants. Rick, our host, was easily to communicate with and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend the stay!

Perfect Spot for family reunions

Recently celebrated long overdue family reunion The rental was the perfect spot for this event Very well set up for the gathering with amazing views of the Pacific and beach right across the street. Kitchen/great room worked out great for entertaining and easy access / walk to Carlsbad village. Kitchen well stocked for any cooking needs and 2 great refrigerators . All age groups really enjoyed the property including the nice space in back with hot tub, grill, and fire pit. Plenty of toys for beach . Rick is very helpful with any questions Rob L

PERFECTION!

We had an unbelievable week staying at this property. The beds were comfortable, kitchen fully stocked, plenty of spaces to gather (or hide!) even with 7 adults.....and the view was amazing! Rick was highly responsive and went out of his way to make us feel welcome! All of my kids asked if we could come back to this home the next time we gather. My answer.....ABSOLUTELY.

Best birthday getaway ever!!!!!

First thing I would like to mention was Rick, the owner was wonderful. I have never had an owner call me before my trip and offer suggestions to make my stay great. He was so organized and accommodating. I actually had another property book to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday and they cancelled on me a week before. I had to scramble to find a place and my husband was surprised and happy with the house. Oceanfront views, 4 luxurious bedrooms, 2 full size refrigerators, jacuzzi, fire pit and full bar b que set up we didn't have to leave the property. Rick gave us restaurant suggestions and they were wonderful and walkable too. Kitchen was fully stocked so cooking a gourmet meal was easy. On our arrival Rick had white wine chilling and red wine and beers and seltzer to add to the birthday celebration, this is very thoughtful. The place was decorated beautifully and furniture was so comfortable and inviting, it inspired me to change a few things in my home too. I would definitely come back and stay at Rick's place.

Parking for 3 cars on driveway, gated entrance, private backyard and walking distance to Carlsbad Village! Private garage for storing toys!
