Really comfortable 4 bedroom, 2 ½ bath, 2 car garage, (2550sf); recently Remodeled, new furniture and bedding, single family home with large backyard, 2 patios, Lanai, amazing pool, balcony, lots of outdoor seating areas and ready for you. Great for entertaining and lounging outdoors (Covid-19 recommendation). High speed internet and wireless WiFi throughout the house and yard. This is a cozy home in a gated community that's fun and convenient to shopping, entertainment, and fine dining.

All kitchen utensils provided as well as teas and basic spices for cooking. Includes all bed linens and towels. Washer and Dryer provided for your use.

The space
4 bedroom house with 2 ½ bathrooms including large master bedroom with large bath, office and balcony, kitchen with large Island, living room w/ fireplace and cozy furniture. Accommodations for 12 people includes: king bed, 2 queen bed, 2 twin beds & Futon and sofa. Five Smart Tvs. Two 55" big screen Smart Tvs, a 50" Smart Tv in Master bedroom, & two 32" Smart TVs in bedrooms all equipped with Hulu, Netflix, Peacock and high-speed internet. Smart lock and Ring doorbell. Not suitable for children under 4 years old because of the stairs, balcony and pool.

Laptop friendly workspaces including a office off of master bedroom, and a desk with space for a laptop and a chair that’s comfortable to work in.

Private gated parking is also provided or feel free to use the two car garage driveway.
The entire home is at your disposal, including both front and back yards.

You’ll feel right at home the minute you step inside. A great getaway for families and friends!

The property was beautiful in a wonderful neighborhood, it was so relaxing and peaceful after a long hot day out. The pool was wonderful in the afternoons. We would definitely stay again! Ethel was amazing and answered any questions we had right away! Great place!

Fun Family Reunion

The property is exactly as pictured with plenty of beds/bedrooms and indoor/outdoor seating areas. We had a great family reunion here - hosting one day of fun in the sun/pool. The great indoor and outdoor spaces provided the perfect venue for the reunion. Large kitchen counter was great for serving up plenty of snacks/lunch/dinner. Ethel was great about communicating with us before, during, and after our stay. Would definitely recommend this great home for a fun stay in Fresno!

Relaxing stay

Great spacious home. We enjoyed our stay. The home was cleaned well, it stayed cool on the 107 degree days, And the pool was clean and perfect for a dip. We also appreciated all the separate seating areas so that if you wanted privacy or jsut a different conversation you could no problem. The kitchen was stocked fine for cooking. I do think the towels could use an upgrade and maybe separate pool towels would be nice but thankfully we brought our own for that. Overall we felt safe, secure and not too hot! It was a great rental for our family getaway.

Super fun family place

Pool was clean and fresh without any chemical smell. Kids never wanted to get out! Surrounding garden area also really nice, with lots of places to sit and chat. Night lights made it festive. Neighborhood extremely quiet and felt very safe. 5 stars for avoiding my pet peeve: the beds and towels did NOT reek of fabric softener like other places we've stayed. Everything felt clean and natural. Lots of rooms so everyone had a place to have privacy or join the group. A zillion TVs. Big kitchen. We had a lot of fun!

I would highly recommend this property.

The house was clean and the yard was gorgeous with the pool cleaned daily. It is a gem in a heart of Fresno. We had a good time relaxing by the pool between our day trips to Yosemite and Sequoia national parks. We had complete privacy and felt safe in the house which is located in a very nice neighborhood. The host provided starter hygiene and cleaning supplies. If you are into cooking, the kitchen is sufficiently stocked with pots and pans for baking and stove-top cooking. There is a large microwave you can use to re-heat your leftovers. I would suggest to bring your own various spices if you like to be fancy when making your own meals. However, there are plenty of restaurants in the area that you may enjoy exploring. I would highly recommend this property.

A lovely private getaway

My family (husband, child & I) spent a week at this luxurious home. While the listing could accommodate 2-3 families quite easily, we took the opportunity to have the four bedrooms and three baths to ourselves. The temperature was perfect, both indoors and outdoors and the accommodations were ample, with many places to eat, sit or hangout inside. The property is very private (in a gated community). The only noise was the gardening maintenance and an occasional bark from the dog next door. The pool is amazing. A great size, very well maintained, with the perfect blend of shade and sun exposure. The whole backyard is huge and would be perfect for a couple families to hang out and have family time together or accommodate separate groups of people at the various tables and chair areas (there are several sitting areas to take advantage of.) The host/owner was very communicative and provided us with a list of restaurants in Fresno they recommend. All in all this was a lovely vacation in a lovely location. Would definitely stay here again if it’s available!

This a great property. The owner was attentive and answered questions immediately though we didn’t have many since everything was great. Neighborhood was quiet and nice and safe. We really enjoyed the accommodations. Pool was great, grilling set up was perfect! Neighborhood was nice. Plenty of space and welcoming atmosphere. Wish there were some pool floats and more toilet paper and garbage bags.... but that is just a minor detail we didn’t think about to buy extra of when we made our store run.

Nice home in a gated community

The house was clean and I felt very safe in the quiet/gated community. The home was comfortable and spacious. My only request is to provide laundry detergent for guests since I could not find any and so we had to purchase some at the store nearby. Check in time was a little late but it was okay because we arrived later in the evening. This was the first property I stayed at where the code was provided literally minutes before check in time lol I would never check in early :) nice place though and I would stay here again.

What makes this property unique

This house has lots of windows overlooking the back and front yard. Along with the large pool, the backyard has several, huge, tall, evergreen trees that often give the feel of being in the mountains. With a very open floorplan that brings the indoors outside, you will love relaxing in the family room and looking out at the trees and pool. Or, sitting on the balcony overlooking the backyard is very peaceful.

Take a refreshing dip in the pool or just sit and enjoy as there are several sitting areas in the yard. The patio, the bistro table area (great for morning coffee), the firepit area, the lounge chairs overlooking the pool and the table and chairs on the Lanai. In this day of Covid-19, this lends itself to enjoyable outdoor living.
