Rent a beautiful house with charm that to relax and unwind invites. The Casa Mimi has internet. The house is completely surrounded by a terrace and sea view. The spacious pool invites not only to cool one but you can really swim in it extensively. The house has 1 bedroom with double bed and bathroom en-suite with bath and direct access to terrace, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning. Outside by the pool there is also a separate bathroom with shower. The kitchen has been completely renovated in November 2014 and is fully equipped incl. Dishwasher. The living room boasts a cozy atmosphere and a beautiful fireplace. On the property there is enough parking. Furthermore, it is also a beautiful orchard.

Séjour parfait dans une villa parfaite

- Tout d'abord l'accueil : parfait par une personne souriante, agréable et très prévenante - Ensuite la location : une villa superbe au calme sans vis à vis dont vous pouvez profiter pleinement dans la tranquillité - Pour suivre le pisciniste de la villa: une personne agréable, discrète et disponible qui passe régulièrement et qui est là en cas de souci - Enfin le contact avec la propriétaire : bien qu'il n'a été que téléphonique (la personne de l'agence étant là pour tout régler), il a été fabuleux par sa gentillesse, disponibilité et ses conseils. En un mot comme en cent, tout a été parfait. Merci pour ce beau séjour au calme, tranquille et dans une villa superbe. Franck et Thierry -

Spacious villa

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. The views were fabulous with sea views from both the front and back. Although we would personally cut back some shrubs to get the full effect of the stunning sunsets from the patio area over dinner. The town of Aguilas was about a 20-25 min walk with a good footpath there. Supermarkets were really handy. It was a shame that the beaches in the area weren’t tidied up, and because it was late in the season many resorts/restaurants were closing down. We did wonder how many were closed permanently because of Covid too. The decor in the villa was a little tired in the main living area, but it looked like the bedrooms and bathrooms had recently been renovated and were much more contemporary and brighter. The pool area was lovely and spacious.

Superbe séjour!

Nous avons passée de superbe vacances dans cette superbe piscine. Juste un point à préciser dans l'annonce, la place de parking est à l'extérieur et non dans le garage. La photo peut porter à confusion.

Parfait !

La maison est grande avec tout confort, isolée des regards, on peut profiter de la terrasse : y manger, se prélasser et la piscine est superbe ! nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Il y a de nombreuses petites criques accessibles en voiture. Ce n'est pas une région très touristique mais la ville d'Aguilas comporte de nombreux atouts : château, plage, port.

Merveilleux

Nous passons de magnifique vacances dans cette région. C'est sera la 3eme fois cet été. Aguilas possède un climat idéal et c'est une charmante petite ville ou l'on ne ressent pas le stress de certain lieu de vacances. La location est très bien placée à quelque minutes en voiture de toutes les plages, à quelques minutes des centres commerciaux ainsi que du décathlon (cela sert toujours en vacances). La piscine est vraiment idéale et la terrasse très très agréable. D'ailleurs nous passons nos vacances essentiellement sur cette terrasse et à la piscine. La propriétaire est très sympathique et partage beaucoup de sa connaissance locale pour que nous passions de bonnes vacances. Pour l'extérieur, je mettrais 5 étoiles pour l'intérieur je mettrais 4 étoiles mais des transformations sont faites chaque année. Nous constaterons les dernières cet été. Et peut être que bientôt la maison méritera 5 étoiles pour l'intérieur.

Fantastic holiday

We had a fantastic holiday in this gorgeous house, even much better than expected. An excellent property and it was exactly as described and more, super clean, spacious and had everything you could possibly need to enjoy a great holiday especially the gorgeous terrace with the great pool. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Already planning our return!! We really could not have found a nicer place to stay!! I have also to mention that the owner, who was prompt in all correspondence and gave us great information before our arrival. Also the deposit was refunded promptly! Thank you.

Traumurlaub

Buenos Dias, Guten Morgen, wir hatten ende September-mitte Oktober einen Traumurlaub in der Villa Mimi. Die Finca hat ein individuelles Ambiente und eine traumhafte Lage mit 360Grad spektakulären Aussichten zu jeder Tageszeit. Rundum Sonnen verwöhnte Terrassen einen weltklasse sehnsationellen perfekt angeletem Pool, umgeben von, und inmitten einem geschmackvoll angelegtem Garten in medeteranen Flair. Die Finca ist sehr geräumig, funktionell eingerichtet und bietet 6 Leuten die Möglichkeit einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub zu genießen. Alles was man für das tägliche Leben braucht ist mit dem Auto problemlos in 5min zu erreichen. Die Lage der Villa Mimi bietet auch Golfern die Möglichkeit auf ihre Kosten zu kommen, in der Rgion Murcia sind über 20 Golfplätze mit dem Auto innerhalb von 20- 45min zu erreichen. Die allgemeine Preissituation rund um die Villa Mimi fanden wir recht angenehm und bietet Urlaubern, Familien, Golfern die Möglichkeit einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Als Schlußwort noch: Die Entfernung zum Flughafen von ca. 170km hat uns im nachhinein nicht gestört und wird uns auch in Zukunft nicht davon abhalten, das schöne Fleckchen Erde in und um die Villa Mimi nocheinmal zu besuchen. A wonderful stay. Sure Value !

In one word: EXTRAORDINARY! We just came back from a fantastic stay in this house and these were probably one of the best holidays we had. The villa was a huge factor in our lovely stay in Aguilas. It was exactly as advertised and we instantly felt at home. The house was perfect, just like in the pictures. Very clean, nicely decorated, had everything you need and a lot of space inside and outside, especially the pool on the terrace. Totally amazing. Be sure to rent a car to get to this quiet neighborhood and you'll be anywhere you need to be in a few minutes driving (town, beaches, restaurants) I only got one advice for you: do not hesitate to rent this house, the only thing you should fear is not wanting to leave.
