Ideally located in front of the Port of Nice, on the 3rd and last floor without elevator.



The entrance to the apartment is by stairs, giving onto the first level (air-conditioned):

- A bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a beautiful Italian shower and a vanity unit

Bed and bath linen is provided by a professional service provider, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee), and a free Wifi fiber internet connection.
